【摘要】 网络舆情分析与监控是有效掌控网络、促进社会主义和谐社会建设的重要手段。互联网已成为当前涉警舆情监控的重点，如何获取更多更准确的网络涉警舆情信息，为预警和决策服务，是摆在各政法部门面前的重要任务。网络舆情分析是信息处理领域内的一个新兴且有实用价值的方向。Web信息技术的特点决定了其适用于网络舆情分析。Web中信息的挖掘作为一种新兴数据挖掘技术，其作用是可以有效的从互联网中获取并且分析相关的舆情，达到监控和预警的目的，为处置互联网中涉警的舆情提供莫大的帮助。利用互联网信息挖掘，可以发现网络中的舆情、继而分析舆情的源头、发现网络舆情的接收者及特点、研究舆情在互联网中的传播方式及评估舆情带来的影响。分析舆情的基本问题，提出难点以及相关的解决方案，并在此基础上设计基于警用的网络舆情分析与控制系统模型，将网络舆情信息采集、分析、监测、预警以及具体算法这些关键技术整合实现成一套自动化的系统。更多还原

【Abstract】 Network public opinion analysis and monitoring is an effective control of thenetwork, an important means to promote a harmonious socialist society construction.The Internet has become involved in police monitoring public opinion focus on how toobtain a more accurate network of police-related public opinion, for early warning anddecision-making services, is placed in front of an important task in various political andlegal departments. Network public opinion analysis is an emerging and practicaldirection in the field of information processing. Web IT determine the characteristics ofits application to network public opinion analysis. Web Data Mining as a new datamining technology can be effectively obtained from the Internet and analysis of publicopinion, to achieve the purpose of monitoring and early warning for the disposal of thenetwork involved in police public opinion, of great help. Use of Web informationmining, can be found in the network of public opinion, and analysis of the origin of thenetwork of public opinion found that the network public opinion, audience and itscharacteristics, and study public opinion on the network transmission diffusion modeland to assess public opinion effect. Analysis of the network public opinion analysis, thedifficulties and related solutions, to design the network public opinion analysis andcontrol system model based on police and on this basis, the network of public opinioninformation collection, analysis, monitoring, early warning and the specific algorithm ofthese key technology integration to achieve an automated system.更多还原
