【摘要】 有着“东方橄榄油”之称的油茶与橄榄、棕榈、椰子并称为世界四大木本油料作物。自古以来,油茶便是中国特有的食用植物油,据权威统计,中国的油茶产量占世界的95%之多。其价值也慢慢得到人们的开发和认可,很多油茶深加工产品已深得人们的喜爱。湖南是我国主要的油茶产区,有着悠久的种植历史,其油茶种植面积几乎占全国的三分之一,油茶的产量更是占据半壁江山。近年来,我国油茶产业化的发展相对来说还是比较快的,但是纵关新中国成立以来油茶的发展情况,其产业化发展的过程中存在很多问题,且速度也较慢。以湖南为例,其油茶产业在产业化发展中存在诸多问题：政府职能欠缺；品牌效应不够,市场知名度低;产业链开发不够；管理粗放,生产过程中相关技术落后；科研投入不够,产学研脱节现在较严重。油茶产业发展的这些问题,导致我省乃至整个油茶行业在产业化发展过程中行进缓慢,未能有效,最大的体现油茶的社会、经济、生态价值。本文从农业产业化出发,简单介绍了国外的农业产业化经验和我国及湖南省油茶产业发展的现状；分析了湖南省油茶产业化发展中存在的问题;基于油茶的生长环境、价值和市场基础,分析阐述了油茶产业产业化发展的条件；立足湖南,分析湖南油茶种植优势,针对油茶产业发展中存在的问题,提出措施和对策：充分发挥政府扶持油茶产业化职能；转变观念,提高认识；选择最优发展模式；延伸产业链和配套产业；技术下乡,加快科技推广工作；成立省级油茶协会,促进产业升级；积极拓展油茶营销市场；走现代化产业路径；突出标准化、规范化,推行优质化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Have "Oriental olive oil," said Camellia olive, palm, coconut and called the four woody oil crops in the world.Since ancient times, Camellia oleifera is a the unique edible vegetable oil, according to authoritative statistics, China’s tea-oil production accounts for as much as95%of the world. Its value slowly get the development and recognition of people, many the Camellia deep processed products has won the people’s favorite. Hunan is one of China’s major tea-oil producing areas, has a long history of cultivation, its Camellia acreage accounted for almost one-third of the country’s the Camellia yield occupy half. Camellia industry development, relatively speaking, in recent years, it is quite fast, but the vertical off the Camellia oleifera development since the founding of New China, the process of industrial development, there are a lot of problems, and has been slower. Hunan, for example, the Camellia industry exists in the industrial development of many problems:lack of government functions; brand is not enough, low market visibility; industry chain development is not enough; extensive management, related technology behind the production process; lack of investment in research and development, production, education and research out of touch more serious. Camellia industry development of these issues, resulting in the province and even the whole Camellia industry traveling slowly in the industrial development process failed, the greatest manifestation of the social, economic, and ecological value of the Camellia.From the industrialization of agriculture, and brief foreign experience in the industrialization of agriculture and our Camellia industry development in Hunan Province, the status quo; analyzed the existing problems in the development of Hunan Province Camellia; Camellia-based environment for the growth, value and market-based analyzes the Camellia conditions for industrial development; based in Hunan, analysis advantage of Hunan Camellia planting, proposed measures and countermeasures for the problems in the Camellia industry development:government support give full play to the functions of Camellia industry; changing concepts, awareness-raising; select the optimal mode of development; extend the industrial chain and supporting industries; technology to the countryside, to accelerate scientific and technological promotion; to established provincial tea oil Association, promoting industrial upgrading; actively expanding the tea oil marketing market; to go modern industrial path; the prominent standardization, standardization, implementation of high quality.更多还原
