【摘要】 我国有色金属工业作为国民经济中长期重要的产业领域，其发展和壮大是中国经济实现工业化的重要基础和重要内容。随着我国经济现代化、工业化、国际化进程的不断推进，我国已成为最具增长潜力的有色金属市场，这也必然给我国有色金属工业提供广阔的发展空间，对产业规模、产业水平、竞争能力提出了一系列要求，带来了空前的发展机遇和严峻挑战。面对多变的国际环境和激烈的市场竞争，有色金属工业作为资金密集型产业，有色企业要生存和发展，必然离不开巨额资金支持。因此，如何筹集企业发展所需资金，不断提高企业的融资能力是有色企业所普遍关注的重要内容之一。吉林吉恩镍业股份有限公司一家集采矿、选矿、冶炼、化工于一体的大型有色企业，具有我国有色金属企业典型的发展特征。近年来，吉恩镍业在项目开发和海外扩张方面，采取了积极的发展策略，企业在稳固国内市场份额的基础上，逐步实现“走出去”的战略目标，进一步扩大国际市场占有率，同时也对企业的资产结构、融资能力提出了更高的要求。为了满足吉恩镍业发展战略中的巨额融资需求，本文在研究国内外融资动态与发展方向的基础上，分析了吉恩镍业的运营情况和发展目标，结合企业自身特点，客观评价公司融资能力，并从宏观和微观两方面阐述了企业面临的融资环境。通过测算吉恩镍业“十二五”时期资金供求状况，提出面向市场，依托发行股票、债券、银行借款等融资方式获得资金支持。根据具体项目情况，合理安排融资结构，选择最优的融资组合，并从平台建设和风险防范方面提出可行性建议，希望对其它有色金属企业在发展战略和融资选择上具有一定的借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nonferrous metals industry，which is a long-term important industry in the nationaleconomy, its development and expansion is the important foundation and content of China’seconomic industrialization. As the development of China’s economic modernization,industrialization and internationalization, China has become the most potential for growth ofthe nonferrous metals market, that will provide the broad space for development of China’snonferrous metal industry, put forward a series of requirements on the industrial scale,industry level and competition ability, brought the unprecedented development opportunityand severe challenges. In face of volatile international environment and fierce marketcompetition, nonferrous metal industry, as a capital-intensive industry, has to survive anddevelop with the support of large sums of money, Therefore, how to raise the funds requiredfor the enterprise development, and constantly improve the enterprise financing ability areone of the most important common contents of nonferrous enterpriseJilin Ji En Nickel Industry Co.,Ltd, engaged in mining, metallurgy and chemicalindustry, is one of the large nonferrous enterprises with typical characteristics. In recent years,Jilin Ji En Nickel Industry Co.,Ltd. take a positive development strategy in projectdevelopment and expanding overseas, the enterprise is in stable on the basis of the domesticmarket share, and gradually realize the “going out” strategy goal, not only expandinternational market, but also put forward higher request on its assets structure and financingability.In order to meet huge financing needs in development strategy of Ji En Nickel Industry,based on the research of international and domestic financing development tendency, thispaper analyses operational condition and development goals of the company, integrate withits own characteristics, evaluate financing ability objectively and financing environment fromboth macro and micro aspects. By measuring capital supply and demand condition of thecompany, this paper puts forward financing ways, such as shares, bonds and bank loan, sothat get the financial supports. According to the specific projects, the thesis arrangesfinancing structure, selects the optimal financing combination, and proposes improving theplatform construction and preventing risk. in general, the thesis has a certain significance toother nonferrous metals enterprises in the development strategy and financing options.更多还原
