【摘要】 随着现代竞技运动科学化程度的不断提高，射箭运动竞赛的激烈程度与日俱增，射箭项目运动成绩也在不断提升；与此同时，这也对辽宁省射箭项目训练与选拨培养后备运动员提出了更高的要求。在认识各运动项目本质特征规律的基础上，不仅要求在宏观上对运动训练的计划安排、实施、监控、反馈、管理进行全方位、系统的设计，还要求在微观上深化对上述各个环节认识与理解，由于竞技运动的选材理论建立在自然科学、生物科学、社会科学等诸多科学的理论基础上，因此，现代竞技运动的选材方法鲜明地体现出多元化的方法体系。选材的实质内容多数是测试被选对象的现实状况，预测备选对象的发展潜力，依据以上的论证辽宁省射箭项目在选择后备运动员时应在理论与实践的基础上制定科学的选材指标。并建立人性化、标准化、科学化的射箭运动员选材指标体系。在对辽宁省业余军事运动学校、传统项目学校、俱乐部等，共计28名射箭教练员为研究对象，运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数据统计法、逻辑分析法进行调查研究，发放问卷28份，收回28份。通过对辽宁省省内射箭队的调查走访分析，问卷的反馈，业余体校在选材方面主要是以目视身体外形、臂展、小臂长度、性格、心理素质的稳定性、身体素质及协调性等方面进行考核选拔运动员，这些指标主要指向的是遗传基因，先天条件较优越并符合射箭要求的学生更适合从事此项目，容易出成绩，能在短期内达到预期的效果，并保持长久。而省射箭队运动员人才的选拔主要是靠运动成绩、赛场的实战经验、教练员经验评定指标等方面进行选拔。通过本次的调查研究，进一步了解了辽宁省业余射箭队伍的选材情况，根据辽宁省业余射箭队伍的选材情况，找出影响辽宁省射箭项目发展的根本原因，在射箭选材测试要求的基础上，结合辽宁省业余射箭教练员在选招射箭运动员的过程中，选材时出现的实际情况，发现业余体校在射箭运动员初选阶段，身体形态也占据主要地位，一般不考虑招生的年龄问题，导致初选射箭运动员时，年龄比较小。而且从器材设备、教练员培训、科研能力普遍薄弱，缺少科学的选材检测仪器，对科学是选材指标认识不够，导致运动员培养时间过长。辽宁省应加大对业余射箭的宣传力度，配置先进的仪器设备，重视科研经费的投入，改善教练员职称结构，提高专业理论知识，完善射箭运动员的科学选材指标。通过完善的科学选材指标，能够持续有效的为辽宁省射箭项目培养精英的后背人才，为辽宁省射箭项目运动成绩与水平的提高提供合理化参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of Modern Sports Science sharply, archery competition ’s intensedegree grow with each passing day, archery sports achievement also is in ceaseless promotion,at the same time, it also put our province archery training and selection and training ofreserve athletes forward the higher requirements. In recognition of the sports essence on thebasis of the law, not only in the macro on the sports training plan, implementation,monitoring, feedback, management to undertake all-around and system design, also asked inthe microcosmic deepen knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the appeal. As a resultof athletic selection theory in the natural sciences, biological sciences, social sciences andmany other scientific theory basis, therefore, the modern competitive sports selection methodclearly reflects the diversity of method system. The most substance of selection is testing theselected object reality, prediction of the selected object development potential, based on theabove argument, my province archery in the selection of reserve athletes should be based onthe theory and practice of scientific selection index of the specified. And the establishment ofhumanized, standardization, scientific archery athletes selection index system.Through investigation and research the archery team and9Liaoning amateur sportsschool archery team in Liaoning province,a total of150archery athletes as the researchobject, using the method of literature, expert interviews, questionnaire survey, data statistics,logical analysis, and then150questionnaires were sent out, back130.Based on the survey of archery teams, the questionnaire feedback, amateur sports schoolchoice athletes is by the main visual body shape, ass exhibition, small arm length,introversion, mental stability, physical quality and coordination to assessment and selectathletes, these indexes mainly refers to a gene, congenital conditions and in accordance withthe requirements of the students for archery who are more suitable for this project, easier tosuccess, achieving the desired effect in the short time, and maintain long-term. And archeryathletes selecting talents depends mainly on athletic performance, field experience, coachexperience evaluation indicators. Through the investigation and study, we furtherunderstand the province archery team selection. According to the selection, it accurateselection of archery athletes tested indicators, improve selection methods, and based on theselection tests combination with requirements which coaches in special ability on thesubstantive to athletes, establish scientific and standard selection index system. Using thisscientific standard selection index system, can continue to be effective for Liaoning provincearchery training elite talents, and the Liaoning province Archery Sports Performance and toimprove the level of rational reference.更多还原
