【摘要】 冰雪体育旅游产业是近些年新兴的旅游产业。我国的冰雪体育旅游产业是在借鉴欧美国家冰雪体育旅游产业发展模式的基础上形成的，吉林省作为我国的北方城市发展旅游产业有得天独厚的优势。吉林省委省政府也相继出台了相关冰雪体育旅游的法规和政策，这也在一定程度上促进了吉林省冰雪体育旅游事业的快速发展，促进了我省经济的发展。随着我省冰雪体育旅游产业的发展，省内和省外的冰雪体育参与者越来越多，参与者的增加同时也促进了我省冰雪体育旅游产业的进一步发展。本文主要应用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、实地考察法和逻辑分析等方法，针对吉林省冰雪体育旅游产业的发展现状和资源开发等方面的问题进行探讨，明确我省冰雪体育旅游的现状和资源开发现状，为我省的冰雪体育旅游提供理论支持，更好地促进我省冰雪体育旅游产业的快速发展。研究结果如下：1.吉林省冰雪体育旅游资源丰富，分布比较广，有规模的冰雪体育旅游资源较多。2.应该合理有效的利用和保护各种现实和潜在的冰雪旅游资源，实现经济效益、社会效益和生态效益可持续发展。3.吉林省冰雪体育旅游产业存在着诸多像冰雪旅游市场开发无序、没有形成完整的冰雪旅游价值链等亟待解决的问题。4.吉林省参与冰雪体育旅游人群结构特征具有特殊性和差异性，在整体趋于合理的基础上，也存在诸多不合理之处。5.冬季体育旅游发展的不平衡、缺少具有地方特色的冰雪旅游纪念品等是影响吉林省冰雪体育旅游消费的主要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ice and snow sports tourism industry is emerging in recent years of tourismindustry. China’s ice and snow sports tourism industry is in European and Americancountries for reference the ice-snow sports tourism industry development on the basisof the model of the formation, jilin province in China as the cities of the north,development of tourism industry have unique advantage. Jilin provincial governmentalso have issued the ice-snow sports tourism related policies and regulations, this alsois in a certain degree of jilin province promotes the ice-snow sports tourism fastdevelopment, promote the economic development of our province. With snow and icein the development of sports tourism industry, the province and outside the province’sice and snow sports participants more and more, and the increase of the participantsalso promote snow and ice in the further development of sports tourism industry. Thispaper used the literature material method, expert interview, questionnaire andmathematical statistics, field investigation method and logic analysis, jilin province onice and snow sports tourism industry development present situation and resourcesdevelopment of the discussion, clear in our province and the present situation of theice-snow sports tourism resources development present situation, for our province ofice and snow sports traveling to provide theory support, facilitate the ice-snow sportsin the rapid development of the tourism industry. The results were as follows:1. Jilin province of sports tourism resources are rich ice and snow, distribution iswider, has the size of the ice-snow sports travels more resources.2. Should be reasonable and effective use of and protection of reality andpotential ice and snow tourist resources, to realize the economic benefit and socialbenefit and ecological benefit sustainable development.3. Jilin ice and snow sports tourism industry there exist many like ice and snowtourist market development disorder, not form a complete ice-snow tourism valuechain and problems to be solved.4. In jilin province the ice-snow sports travels the crowd with characteristics anddifferences in structure characteristics, in whole on the basis of more reasonable, alsothere are many shortcomings.5. Winter sports tourism development imbalance, the lack of with localcharacteristics of ice-snow tourism souvenir etc is the effect of the ice-snow sportstourism consumption of jilin province main factors.更多还原
