【摘要】 “国以民为本，民以食为天。”食品安全是关系着广大人民群众的身体健康和生命安全、经济健康发展、国家安定和社会发展与稳定的重大问题。食品安全报道作为公众获取信息的重要渠道，也越来越受到政府、媒体以及广大群众的重视。食品安全报道发挥着危机预警，信息传播功能；舆论监督功能；舆论引导功能。新闻媒体在进行新闻采编报道时应该坚持经济价值与社会价值兼顾的原则，如果经济效益和社会效益相冲突，则毫不犹豫选择社会效益，然而在现实的操作过程中，很大一部分的媒体由于其商业属性，天然的牟利性，未能在两者之间把握好平衡，取得双丰收。出现的问题主要有：密集出现，恶性炒作，平衡报道缺失，增加社会紧张度；吸引眼球，炮制假新闻；趋于浅表化，缺乏深度，专业精神与专业知识贫乏等。食品安全报道为广大受众提供了安全警示信息和消费指南，同时因为信息传播过程的失真与冗余及其它失范行为，给受众带来心理压力，产生社会伤害：恐慌与心理失调；引起的信任危机；刻板印象，形成偏见。媒体是社会公器，对食品安全问题的报道存在“放大镜”的作用，本文以传播心理学角度，去探寻和研究媒体食品安全报道中存在的方方面面的问题，从而可以使得我们以辩证思维去思考如何使得食品安全报道发挥其正面作用，降低其社会伤害成为了可能。规避和降低食品安全报道的社会伤害对策落点在于政府、媒体多方面的努力。更多还原

【Abstract】 "People-oriented country, the Food is." Food safety is related to the health and life safetyof the masses, healthy economic development, the major issues of national stability and socialdevelopment and stability. The food safety reports as an important channel for public accessto information, more and more the attention of government, the media and the masses. Thefood safety reports play a crisis early warning and information dissemination functions; publicopinion supervision functions; function of guiding public opinion.During news gathering reports, news media should adhere to the principles of botheconomic value and social value, economic and social conflict, hesitate to choose the socialbenefits, the procedure of the reality, however, a large part of the media due toits commercialproperties, the natural profit-making, failed to getting the balance between the two, adouble-harvest. The problems are: intensive emergence of vicious speculation, lack of balanceis reported, an increase of social tensions; attract the eye, concocted false news; tendssuperficialness, lack of depth, lack of professionalism and expertise. Food safety reports tosecurity alerts and consumer guide for a wide audience because of distortion and theredundancy of the information dissemination process and anomie behavior to the audience tobring psychological pressure, resulting in social harm: fear and psychological disorders;caused a crisis of confidence; stereotypes, prejudice.Media is a social instrument, the role of "magnifying glass" of reports of food safetyissues, to spread a psychological point of view, go to explore and study all aspects of themedia food safety reports makes our dialectical thinking to go think about howthe food safetyreports play a positive role in reducing the social harm as possible.
