【摘要】 随着国家对医院科研工作的重视,医院间竞争的加剧,科研工作已成为医院工作中不可或缺的组成部分。医院科研实力的强弱将直接影响医院在医疗领域的竞争力。如何对科研项目进行有效的监督和管理,在医院内营造良好的科研氛围,带动科研人员的科研热情,成为山东省千佛山医院管理者重视的事情。但是医院科研项目的研发管理工作目前大多停留在纸制管理阶段。随着千佛山医院研究课题和项目的积累和增多,科研项目的管理和统计工作变得十分复杂,缺乏高效的管理手段往往会使科研项目处于混乱状态,给千佛山医院科研管理人员带来巨大的工作压力,为了解决科研项目管理工作中的诸多问题,亟需建立一套适用于医院科研管理工作管理信息系统,满足医院在科研项目管理上的迫切的需求。实现对各类科研机构的有效管理、对科研活动的全程跟踪以及对科研经费和数据的掌控分析,为科研人员服务。本文主要介绍了千佛山医院科研项目管理系统的设计与实现过程,首先阐述了医院科研项目管理的开发背景与开发的前提,明确了系统开发的理论基础与实践意义,并对系统相关的国内外研究现状进行了介绍,描述了科研项目管理系统涉及的主要技术,并对本论文的主要工作目标以及组织结构进行了介绍,对本论文进行了概要性的说明；其次,对千佛山医院科研项目管理工作进行了详细的需求获取和分析；再次,按照需求分析的结果,对系统进行了详细的功能设计,并对系统的数据库进行了详细的分析；最后介绍了本系统的实现过程,详细描述了实现过程中的核心代码。系统最终实现了千佛山医院科研项目管理功能,实现了项目处理过程中项目申请、项目审批、项目实施记录、经费预算、经费下拨、经费支出记录、项目验收和档案入卷等功能,同时可以对科研项目管理工作中的历史数据进行查询和统计分析。并且在功能完善的基础上,尽最大努力保证系统的安全性。系统的运行将大大提高科研项目管理工作人员的办事效率,给医院科研项目管理工作带来很大的便利。更多还原
