学生宿舍管理系统的分析与设计

【摘要】 随着学校的不断扩招,学生人数的剧增,为了满足学生的住宿需要,大学校园内的学生公寓也越来越多。宿舍管理正逐步成为学校事务的另一重要工作。然因其学生人数多、流动性大,各种数据、信息内容复杂,由管理人员手工完成这些信息的处理是远远不够的,不仅会浪费大量的人力、物力,还容易出现差错。而且并不一定能得到良好的管理效果。另一方面,随着计算机技术的迅速发展和普及,利用计算机技术解决复杂、繁重的信息处理工作的方式已经很成熟,信息管理系统MIS便是一个功能完善的信息管理系统。为了使大学生宿舍管理的工作规范化、系统化、程序化,避免管理的随意性,提高信息处理的速度和准确性,能够及时、准确、有效地进行信息查询和修改,开发一个用于学生宿舍信息管理的系统是迫切需要的。大学生宿舍管理系统是一个典型的信息管理系统,包括前台用户界面的开发和后台数据库的开发,它的实施可以让大学生宿舍管理工作变的更轻松、方便、有效。本文在具体分析了当前大学生宿舍管理的研究现状和意义上,进一步对系统的可行性进行了分析,根据宿舍管理工作的业务需求,给出了其中各子业务的流程分析和数据流程分析；在此基础上给出了系统功能的设计和数据库的设计方案。本系统采用B/S结构,运用Visual studio.NET2010为前端开发工具,以C#作为系统开发语言,并以Microsoft SQL Server2005为后台数据库进行开发,主要实现了房间信息管理、学生住宿信息管理、寝室分配管理和系统管理等功能模块。系统在满足用户需求外,还基本满足了用户界面友好、操作简单、运行稳定安全等要求,为学校管理学生宿舍带来了良好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the school continued enrollment, rapid increase of the number of students. In order to meet the need of students’ accommodation, university campus student apartment is also more and more. Dormitory management is gradually becoming another important work of the school affairs. Because of the number of students, fluidity is great. Just by the management staff manual to complete the information processing is not enough. Not only will waste a lot of manpower and material resources, but also prone to error. And it is not sure to get a good management effect. On the other hand, using computer technology to solve complicated, heavy information processing work has been very mature. Information management system MIS is a perfect information management system.In order to make the college dormitory management standardization, systematization, program. And to improve the speed and accuracy of information processing, Able to timely, accurate, effective information query and modify. Development for a student dormitory management information system is urgently needed.Dormitory management system is a typical information management system. It includes the development of the user interface and database. Its implementation can make college students dormitory management work becomes more easy, convenient, and effective. Based on the analysis of the college dormitory management the research presents situation and significance. Further the feasibility of system analysis. According to the business needs of dormitory management, it gives out the various business process and data flow analysis. Based on this paper gives the system design and database design. The system to meet the needs of users, but also satisfies the user friendly interface, simple operation, stable and safe operation requirements.
