【摘要】 中国监狱工作始终坚持以改造人为宗旨,惩罚与改造相结合,努力将服刑人员改造成对社会有用的人。在这一宗旨指引下,当前我国监狱事业发展取得了一定的成绩。但随着经济社会的发展,监狱、干警和服刑人员层面都出现了一定的不适应,这使得监狱思想教育工作面临严重的挑战,其中监狱化人格矫治工作正是当前监狱思想教育工作研究的一个热点问题。监狱作为一个特殊的环境,对服刑人员人格的发展起着一定的负作用,甚至打上“监狱”的烙印,使服刑人员在一定程度上形成监狱化人格。监狱化人格是服刑人员在现行的刑罚制度下,受到多重因素的综合作用,逐渐形成的对于正常社会生活不能适应的异常心理及行为表现,是一种人格的变异。监狱化人格的形成加重了改造服刑人员使之适应社会的难度,甚至直接影响到他们的再社会化。本文主要以探索新形势下思想教育改造工作中监狱化人格矫治工作为主要研究问题,从调查问卷入手,利用调查法、文献法、观察法等研究方法。分三部分来探讨监狱化人格矫治工作。本文第一部分通过问卷调查来总结河北省LQ监狱服刑人员思想教育改造工作现状。目前LQ监狱服刑人员的特点主要有1.青壮年比例较高；2.短期刑比例较高；3.服刑人员文化程度普遍较低；4.财产型犯罪比重较大；5.重新犯罪率有所上升。对于这些现状进一步从监狱、干警、服刑人员三个层面分析出LQ监狱服刑人员思想教育改造工作存在的问题。“监企合一”的管理模式,监狱投入不足,法律法规不完善,教育队伍不专业,思想教育评价体系不健全正是造成这些问题的主要原因。本文第二部分主要介绍服刑人员思想教育改造中监狱化人格矫治工作现状。从概念入手,分析监狱化人格的表现、形成原因、危害以及当前监狱化人格矫治工作存在的问题。本文第三部分是对监狱服刑人员思想教育改造中监狱化人格矫治工作的对策的探索。将对相关资料的研究与自身工作实际相结合,针对提高监狱化人格矫治工作的有效性提出自己的意见：第一,从监禁手段方面提出要创新监禁手段,推进行刑社会化,最大程度地预防监狱化人格的出现；第二,从管理体制方面提出更新管理观念,完善相应制度,促进监狱化人格问题矫治工作开展；第三,从教育方法方面提出采用适当教育方法,有效矫治监狱化人格；第四,从心理矫治方面提出加强心理矫治,关注人格健康成长；第五,从国外方面提出借鉴国外先进改造经验,为监狱化人格矫治工作找到新的出路。更多还原

【Abstract】 China’s prison work always adhere to reform human purpose, punishment and transformation, and the combination of efforts will serve a sentence of personnel in useful social transformation. In this one aim to guidance, the current our country jail career has obtained some achievements. But along with the development of society and economy, prison, policemen and prisoners from aspects of certain to appear, this makes the prison thought education work face serious challenges, including the prison work is the current treatment personality thought education research work of the prison a hot issue. Prison as a special environment for the development of the prison staff personality plays a certain negative effects, even playing "jail" imprint, prison staff to in a certain degree of forming prison personality. The personality is serving prison in the punishment of the personnel system, multiple factors by the comprehensive function, gradually formed in the normal social life can not adapt to the abnormal psychology and behavior, is a kind of personality of variation. The prison of the personality formation of aggravating and reforming prisoners so as to adapt to the society the difficulty, and even directly affect their socialization.This paper is to explore the new situation the ideology education modification work of personality in prison for correction as the main research problems, from the survey of questionnaire, using the methods of investigation, and literature, observation and research methods. Three parts to explore the personality correction prison work.The first part of this text through the questionnaire survey to summary of hebei province LQ prison staff thought education modification work situation. At present LQ prison personnel are the main characteristic of the1, the higher percentage young;2, the higher percentage of short-term punishment;3, prisoners from cultural degree is generally low;4, a larger share of property crime;5, to the crime rate rose. The situation further from the prison officers, prisoners, three levels of LQ prisoners ideological education reform problems."Prison enterprises unity" management mode, insufficient investment in prison, laws and regulations is not perfect, education team not professional, thought education evaluation system is not sound that led to the main reasons.This paper mainly introduced the second part of the prison staff thought education reform of the current work correction prison personality. From the concept, analysis of prison of personality, causes, harm and the current prison personality correction problems.This paper is the third part of prison staff thought the personality of prison treatment countermeasures exploration. Will the information to research and their work practice, to improve the treatment of personality prison work effectiveness proposed own opinion:first, from prison means offered to innovation in prison means of socialization, the greatest degree of the emergence of prevention prison personality; In the second place, from management system puts forward to renew management idea, perfect the relevant system, promote the prison personality problems correction the work; The third, from education method using appropriate education method proposed, effective treatments of prison personality; Fourth, from the psychological correction in strengthening the psychological treatment, pay attention to the healthy growth of personality; Fifth, from foreign put forward the learn from foreign advanced experience transformation, the personality correction for prison find new ways to work.更多还原
