青岛市幼儿教师信息技术培训的实践研究

【摘要】 在现代教育技术广泛应用的今天,广大幼儿教师是否具备先进的教育理念,是否掌握必要的现代信息技术手段,是否拥有现代化教育能力,是确保教育化信息水平的关键,是提高国民素养的重要环节。为了有效地实现现代信息技术与幼儿园课程的整合,提高幼儿教师的信息技术能力,青岛市每年组织幼儿教师进行信息技术培训,以使信息技术更好的为幼儿园教育教学服务。目前针对中小学教师信息技术的培训方案,比较成熟,但是针对幼儿教师的信息技术培训研究不够深入。为保证培训质量,作者主要采用行动研究法,问卷调查法、访谈法开展研究。通过行动研究为主线,找出问题,解决问题,找到适合青岛市幼儿教师信息技术的培训方案。本研究采用行动研究的步骤进行,分为计划、行动、观察、反思四部分进行。第一步:选择研究问题,确定研究目标通过对青岛市幼儿教师信息技术培训现状进行了调查,并从社会需求和受训个体需求两方面进行了详尽需求分析,根据实际情况确定了培训的目标。第二阶段:提出总体实施方案。将市教委提出的要求与第一步的需求分析相结合,确定培训的内容,培训的形式,培训的评价等方面。第三阶段:培训方案的实践。经过研究制定了部分内容框架、组织形式和评价方案,侧重信息技术与课程整合,采用嵌入式培训,以设计符合纲要要求,符合幼儿年龄和心理特点的教学设计为主线,将信息技术的学习贯穿其中,充分调动参训学员的积极性和主动性,交流讨论,碰撞,将新的观点渗入到学员的思想中。学员对于信息技术与课程的融合掌握的很好,基本的知识技能已经内化。本研究能够对幼儿教师的信息技术培训有一定的借鉴意义。但在培训过程中,学员水平参差不齐,学习共同体没有有效的发挥作用。针对培训中的不足,本人也提出了改进意见。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of information technology, whether the majorityof preschool teachers have mastered the necessary means of modern informationtechnology, advanced educational philosophy and the technical capacity to adaptto the needs for the preschool curriculum reform, are the key factors to ensurethe implementation of quality education in the preschool field and the improvementof educational modernization level as well as the degree of educationalmalconformation. In order to improve the modern information technology level ofthe preschool teachers, to achieve the integration of modern informationtechnology and the kindergarten curriculum, so that the information technologycould provide a better service for kindergarten education, Qingdao organizes ITtraining for preschool teachers annually.At present, the training program of information technology for primary andsecondary teachers is quite mature. However, it’s not further enough forpreschool teachers. To ensure the quality of training, the author conducts a studyby using the action research method as the main line supplemented by questionnairesand interviews. The study adopts the action research method, which can be dividedinto four parts: Plan, Action, Observation and Reflection.Step1: Select a research question, identify research objectivesIn the beginning of the research, we conduct a survey about the preschoolteachers’ IT training status of Qingdao, analyze the community needs andindividual needs respectively, then identify our training objectives accordingto the physical truth.Step2: Propose an overall implementation schemeIn this step, we integrate the needs analysis, which had already been finishedin step one, with the requirements raised by the City Board Education to drawup a plan for the specific training program of preschool teachers, organize the registration, determine training cycle, training room, training resources anddevelop our training scheme.Step3: The implementation of training scheme.We developed part of the frame, organization forms and evaluation program afterresearch. This program focused on information technology and curriculumintegration with embedded training method, follows the main line which complieswith the requirements of outline and the early childhood age and psychologicalcharacteristics. In addition, the study of information technology threadedthrough the main line which could mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of thetrainees and encourage trainees to communicate and exchange ideas, to infiltratenew ideas to their thoughts. The trainees have already learned to integrateinformation and curriculum well; meanwhile, they could master the basic knowledge.This study could provide a referential significance for the IT training ofpreschool teachers.However, in training process, the learning community doesn’t make any sensebecause of the uneven level of all the trainees. As for the shortages of thistraining, I also proposed improvement suggestions.
