【摘要】 多媒体教学管理平台是一个高校不可或缺的重要组成部分，它对于高校的教师和学生来说都至关重要，多媒体教学管理平台可以为教学提供充足的资源和快捷的查询手段。传统的手工方式管理文件，办法有很多缺点，如：安全性差，效率低，并且随着时间的推移，会产生大量的数据和文件，此时，对于更新来说，就会遇到很多困难。传统手工方式管理文件不易更新，能够存储的数据和文件较少，存储时间较长的文件难以分类查找，不方便搜索。而多媒体教学管理平台拥有完整的检索系统，则有着手工管理无法比拟的优势所在。例如：检索速度快，很容易找到，比手工管理更可靠，内存容量大，可以展示，成本小。这些优点极大地提高了多媒体教学的效果。多媒体教学管理平台是典型的基于网络的教学管理设施，其功能主要在于整合硬件资源、开发软件资源以及利用网络架构三方面。对于硬件要求各自的完整性和稳定性，相互保持稳固协调，软件方面要求应用程序功能完备，易使用的特点，网络方面应具备较高安全性。经过分析，我使用Microsoft Visual Studio2010作为开发工具，利用它所提供的各种面向对象的开发工具，特别是集成开发环境IDE的界面被重新设计和组织。Microsoft Visual Studio2010又添加了NET Framework4.0、Community Technology Preview，并开发面向Windows7的应用程序，支持Microsoft SQL Server数据库。后台数据库选择了Microsoft SQL Server2008。本文所述平台依托网络互连，将各种多媒体教学设备融合一体，实现网络教学、教学监控、资源存储和发布的主要功能，并且为教学评估提供必需的资源。此平台具有网络监控的直播和点播系统，直播系统能够实时录制，在线视频采集，多媒体视频发布网站。其中网站使用ASP.NET编译，能够加快应用开发并简化使用，具体体现在视频排行、点击率排行、课程分类检索，视频点播等功能。利用多媒体网站能够直观清晰地观看当前讲课情况，根据声音或行为追踪教师画面，也可根据学生的行为进行画面追踪。每个课程视频都有实时的点击量，根据这个数值排行，受欢迎的课程视频将排在前列。后台制作基于IE界面，采用MD5加密算法，跟踪IP记录，从而保障网站运行的可靠性与安全性，提高了多媒体管理的工作效率，为教学提供了优质的资源和服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 Multimedia teaching management platform is an indispensable component of aUniversity, it is essential for both teachers and students in colleges and universities,teaching of multimedia teaching management platform for the provision of adequateresources and quick query tool. Traditional manage files manually, there are manyshortcomings, such as: poor security, inefficient, and over time, will have a largeamount of data and files, at this time, for an update, you will encounter a lot ofdifficulties.Traditional manual management of file not updated, less capable of storing dataand files, store longer classification of files difficult to find, do not facilitate the search.And retrieval of multimedia teaching management platform has a complete system,you have to manually manage the incomparable advantages. These benefits significantly improve the effectiveness ofmultimedia teaching.Multimedia teaching management platform is typical of teaching based onnetwork management facility, its main function is to consolidate hardware resources,software development resources, as well as the use of network infrastructure aspects.Hardware requirements for their integrity and stability remain strong coordination witheach other, the software requires the application to a fully functional, easy to usefeatures, the network should have a high level of security.After analysis, I use Microsoft Visual Studio2010as a development tool, usingthe various object-oriented development tools it provides, particularly integrateddevelopment environment-IDE interface was redesigned, and organizations. MicrosoftVisual Studio2010and added a NET Framework4, Community Technology Preview,and develop applications that target the Windows7, supports Microsoft SQL Serverdatabases. Back-end databases select Microsoft SQL Server2008. Platform based on network interconnection referred to in this article, all kinds ofmultimedia teaching equipment integration, network monitoring, teaching, teachingresources are stored and published the main features, and provide necessary resourcesfor teaching and assessment. This platform of live broadcasting and VOD system withnetwork monitoring, live broadcast system to record in real-time, online video capture,multimedia video publishing Web sites. Site compiled using ASP.NET, to accelerateapplication development and ease of use, embodied in the top videos, top hits, coursesearch, video on demand, and other functions. Use of multimedia Web sites intuitive,clearly watching your current lecture, based on sound or behavior tracking teacherpictures, images may also be based on student behavior tracking. Each course videowith real-time traffic, according to the numerical ranking, popular video placed at theforefront of the courses.
