独立学院电化教学管理及录播系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 伴随着人类走进信息化和网络化的社会教学手段现代化逐步加强,多媒体课室作为现代化教学环境的重要组成部份,近年来发展迅猛。当今社会重点强调:要以素质教育为重点,利用现代教育技术,努力提高教育技术的现代化水平,使教育信息化更加深入。目前我国各类学校,特别是高等院校,都相继建设了一批多媒体教学课室,用于开展多媒体教学,尤其是一些办学规模较大的大学,多媒体课室的数量都在100间以上。这些多媒体教室的建成,有力地推动了教学手段的现代化,加大了教学的信息量,提高了教学效率和教学质量,加快了教学改革步伐。怎样构建一个集成多媒体技术、计算机技术、网络通信技术、控制技术一体,真正实现教学信息化,高度体现信息化教学与系统管理智能化,管理服务以人为本的理念,并集教学与研究为一体的现代教学平台模式是现在教育技术工作者重要课题。多媒体课室由学院现代教育技术中心老师管理。多媒体教室的增加更使多媒体中心的管理人员在教室间不断的忙碌,帮助上课老师准备上课环境、解决老师使用中的遇到的问题、中央控制系统的维护、下课后多媒体系统的关闭、准备学生需要上课的课件等等。有时需要课堂资源的共享,课室间的教学资源共享和对教师上课情况的监控,现有的多媒体教室不能发挥作用。多媒体教室的管理和维护出现的问题使多媒体中心对多媒体教室系统的管理提出更高的要求。通过实施本管理系统可以从本质上改变管理模式,提高系统管理质量和效率。本人在多媒体管理系统的设计中主要参与设计了教室端多媒体设备的需求和实施方案还有录播系统的后期网站需求和整体设计工作等。独立学院,以全新的办学模式,为高等教育改革探索出一条新路,师资方面引进国内外优秀的教师,并且有很多本部知名专家教授到学校讲学,从而形成非常宝贵的课程资源。如何将这样优秀的课程资源,包括老师讲课时的动作,师生之间的互动,教师的PPT课件及时准确的录制下来,并且不干扰正常的教学进行,使讲课的老师发挥出最佳的教学水平;如何将优秀的课程资源发布在网络上,而且支持国内外不同操作系统平台,浏览器进行直播和点播;如何使录制设备不但满足当前学生人数较少条件下的课程视频资源录制,又满足以后扩容的需求,即满足固定的教室课程录制,又满足临时性灵活录播的需求,这些是摆在学院教学管理部门面前比较急迫需要解决的问题。这样就产生了多媒体录播系统,利用现有先进的科学技术和网络技术使优秀的教学资源得到更加广泛的应用。
【Abstract】 As the teaching methods was gradually strengthened in the background of modernization ofhuman society information networking. Multimedia classrooms, as an important part of themodern teaching environment, is developing rapidly in recent years. It is emphasized that intoday’s society quality education must be made the priority, with the use of moderneducational technology, improvement of modern educational technology and furtherdevelopment of educational information. At present, in schools, especially universities, therehave been built a number of multimedia teaching classrooms for multimedia teaching, someof the larger university in particular, where, there are more than100multimedia classrooms.The completion of these multi-media classrooms function as a strong impetus to themodernization of teaching methods, greatly increasing teaching efficiency and quality andalso accelerating the pace of teaching reform.It is an important topic for educational technology workers to build a platform modelintegrating multimedia technology, computer technology, network communication technology,control technology, which features intelligent management services, people-centered concept,and a combination of teaching and research as one. Multimedia classroom are under control ofteachers. in Modern Educational Technology Center, who are made busy with preparing theteaching environment, helping teachers to solve the problems,the maintaining the centralcontrol system, opening and shutting down multimedia systems before and after class and soon. Sometimes existing multimedia classroom can not meet the need of classroom resourcesharing, and class monitoring. Multimedia classroom management and maintenance problemsin the multimedia center ask higher demands from the system managing workers. Through theimplementation of the management system the management model can be essentially changedto improve the quality and efficiency of system management. I am mainly involved in thedesign of multimedia management system, specifically in the purchasing and implementationof equipments, post-recording website requirements of broadcasting system and the overalldesign work.Independent colleges explore with new modes a new path for the reform of higher education. In terms of teachers they introduce excellent teachers both at home and abroad, andinvite well-known experts and professors to give lectures, which form a very valuablecurriculum resources. It is urgent that the problems as follows be solved: how to recordtimely and accurately this curriculum resources, including the teacher’s action, the interactionbetween teachers and students, teachers PPT courseware, without interfering with the normalteaching so that the teacher can perform at their best; how the outstanding curriculumresources can be put on the network, available on different operating system platform at homeand abroad; how to make the recording device not only meet the current need of small numberof students, but also consider the expansion of demand, that is to say, to meet the need offixed classroom curriculum recording, but also to meet the temporary demand of flexiblerecording and broadcasting. Multimedia and broadcasting system has thus come into being,using advanced science and technology and network technology to make excellent teachingresources widely available.
