数控螺旋锥齿轮加工机床控制系统的研究

【摘要】 螺旋锥齿轮的动态性能优良,具有重迭系数大,传动平稳,噪音低,承载能力高,对安装误差敏感性低等特点,在汽车、航空、航海和各种精密机床等行业中被广泛应用,在机械领域中占有举足轻重的地位。但是螺旋锥齿轮的设计加工相当复杂,如果用普通机床加工螺旋锥齿轮,精度和效率都不能保证;如果用数控机床来加工螺旋锥齿轮,不但提高了加工精度,还提高了机床的自动化程度,增强了机床的加工适应能力,很大程度上满足了市场需求。本文以工厂实际项目YK2250为例,在综合分析对比国内外数控螺旋锥齿轮加工机床的基础上,借鉴了国内外同类机床结构设计技术和设计分析手段,系统地对其数控系统及机床各个运动控制等关键技术进行了深入研究。论文的主要研究工作如下:1)详细地分析了国内外各种数控系统的优点与缺点,扬长避短,对数控系统进行了选型论证,确定了本机床采用的数控系统,然后完成了进给系统、主轴部分、辅助装置以及数控转台等功能部件的控制设计与选型。2)通过对当今数控螺旋锥齿轮加工机床技术需求的剖析,论文展开了对螺旋锥齿轮加工机床控制系统的总体控制方案的论证;理论分析了数控系统的选型原则;对伺服进给系统、全闭环系统以及回转工作台等的主要功能部件技术进行了深入研究;提出了回转主轴的控制方案;研究了基于SEIMENS828D SL系统的各功能实现的PLC编程原理和方法,阐述了SEIMENS828D SL系统的调试步骤和方法;进行了试切实验并分析了加工结果。基于上述对螺旋锥齿轮加工机床控制系统的研究、设计、分析,完成了机床的加工试制,经过装配、调试及试运行,成功开发了具有自主知识产权的螺旋锥齿轮加工机床YK2250。并且本文研究设计的数控螺旋锥齿轮加工机床已经交予用户使用,反馈结果是:系统性能稳定,控制精度高,切削零件精度能满足图纸要求,而且系统界面友好,便于用户使用。根据加工需要,选择不同的轴插补即联动(最多可四轴联动),可以切削出多种齿线的螺旋锥齿轮外,还能作为滚齿机使用切削出各种圆柱齿轮。
【Abstract】 Spiral bevel gear dynamic performance is good, have an overlap coefficient,smooth transmission, low noise, high bearing capacity, the mounting errorsensitivity is low characteristic, in the automotive, aviation, navigation andall kinds of precision machine tools and other industries are widely used, inthe field of machinery occupies a pivotal position. But the spiral bevel geardesign and processing is very complicated, if an ordinary machining spiral bevelgear, precision and efficiency are not guaranteed; if the numerical controlmachine tool to machining spiral bevel gear, not only improves the machiningprecision, but also improve the machine automation, enhance machining ability,satisfy market demand.For example YK2250,the project in a comprehensive analysis of the contrastbetween domestic and abroad CNC spiral bevel gear processing machine tool basedon, at home and abroad from a similar machine design method, system of thenumerical control system and machine tool each motion control of keytechnologies are studied.The main research job for the paper as follows:1)a detailed analysis of the domestic and foreign various CNC system’sadvantages and disadvantages, after accurate analysis and selection, firstidentified the machine using the NC system, and then completed a feed system,a portion of the spindle, and the auxiliary device for NC rotary table andfunctional components of the control design and selection.2)based on the analysis of spiral bevel gear milling machine tooltechnology on the basis of demand, and discusses design of spiral bevel gearmilling machine tool control system scheme of feed;, spindle, rotary table andother functions to achieve the key technology in the process of the controlsystem, the selection of demonstration and design is put forward; servo motorand drive configuration scheme; based on SEIMENS828D system DNC control scheme;explains the system debugging steps and methods; analysis of the system in theprocess of commissioning fault and problems.Based on the above of the spiral bevel gear processing machine tool controlsystem research, design, analysis, finish machining trial, after assembly,commissioning and trial operation, successfully developed with independentintellectual property rights of the spiral bevel gear processing machine toolYK2250. The research and design of spiral bevel gear machine tool has been handedover to the user, the actual operation can see: system state is good, friendlyman-machine windows, machining accuracy to meet the requirements of thedrawings. Between the axis motion control more flexible; cutting processinga variety of gear line of spiral bevel gear, gear hobbing machine can be usedas cutting all kinds of cylindrical gears, so that the equipment universalgreatly improved.
