轿车底盘性能目标设定研究

【摘要】 最新《中国汽车整车企业产品开发能力》研究报告揭示出不同企业在产品研发方面的进展深度。在轿车、大中客车、中重型载货车企业,底盘达到和超过了中改型水平;在微型客车企业,底盘超过和接近小改型水平[1]。这说明我国汽车行业的底盘研发能力与国外先进水平还有一定的差距,还未达到大改型水平,处在从单纯的引进车型向引进技术、自主创新方向转移的过程中。以提高底盘性能开发能力,满足消费者日益提高的产品性能需求,是保持企业不断创新、不断持续发展的原动力,具体到本论文的角度,就是以底盘性能目标设定为出发点,突破整车制动、转向、悬架匹配优化等核心技术,更是必须尽快开展的一项重要工作。依托于本企业的研发能力和设备,采用Lotus RAVEN模拟分析技术,利用整车SKCMS试验台,具备进行汽车整车底盘开发技术的研发工作的能力,进行底盘性能目标设定。建立轿车底盘性能目标设定流程和底盘性能主观评价体系,掌握虚拟样机技术,完成一款轿车底盘性能的目标设定。汽车底盘设计的最近趋向是性能目标范围的增加。使用性能目标的优点是可以有目的的定义车辆的预期性能,但成功实现所定义的目标通常需要进一步的优化设计某轿车开发项目,在根据市场部门的输入确定了三款标杆车(分别为样车1、样车2和样车3)以后,首先进行标杆车的主观评价,然后进行K&C试验台测量和虚拟样机K&C项目测试,最后根据上述工作获得的各种数据和评估结果运用底盘性能目标设定的综合方法进行目标设定。在产品定义和方案评价阶段主要就是进行底盘性能目标设定工作,根据标杆车的底盘性能主观评价分析竞争对手底盘性能的优势和不足,同时利用SKCMS等底盘动态测试设备进行标杆车的悬架参数动态测量,并进行虚拟样机K&C测试,这一阶段取消了实物样车的性能摸底试验工作,节省了数月的试验周期和可观的试验费用和人力资源,同时不破坏标杆车,根据K&C试验台测试数据、利用动态分析软件进行模型建立并进行和试验场同样的底盘仿真分析,根据主观评价和仿真数据结合新车市场定位确定底盘乘坐、操稳性能目标。
