【摘要】 OA是Office Automation的缩写，代表办公室自动化或自动化办公。OA系统是一个动态的概念，随着计算机技术、通信技术和网络技术的突飞猛进，关于OA系统的描述也在不断充实，当今世界是信息爆炸的知识经济统治的时代，在这种情况下结合技术的各种进步所产生的OA系统已与十几年前的OA发生了很大的变化，并发展出的基于移动终端平台的移动OA系统。移动OA系统在逐渐发展过程中经历了三个标志性阶段。第一代移动OA系统存在时效性差、用户请求不能及时应答等严重缺陷。第二代移动OA系统通过浏览器访问WAP网页，实现信息的实时交互，部分解决了第一代移动OA的问题，但还存在交互能力不足、用户体验较差等缺陷，极大程度上限制了移动OA的大范围推广。而新一代的移动OA系统，整合了3G网络、智能手机终端、多级身份权限认证等先进技术，使得系统的安全性、稳定性均有极大的提高，为企业和用户提供了安全、快捷的移动办公整体解决方案。我国的办公自动化从80年代开始发展，特别是进入二十一世纪之后发展更为迅猛。随着计算机技术的蓬勃发展，办公自动化系统也从开始的文字录入、编辑排版、检索查询等简单应用逐渐发展为网络化办公系统，将各个单项的办公系统逐步整合为多业务条线的综合办公系统。本文在移动终端的平台基础上设计与实现一个移动OA系统，设计系统的功能与架构，对关键模块的设计、实现与测试进行说明，系统开发中考虑一些重要因素，比如协同移动办公技术创新、管理思想人性化改进，系统易于扩展，软件可读性强、稳定性好，关键数据安全等。论文介绍了项目研究的背景和意义，以及我国该领域的发展历史和现状，介绍了系统设计中涉及的IOS编程技术、敏捷开发技术、数据库技术等相关技术方法，分析了OA系统的工作原理和相应的实现过程，同时详细描述了OA系统的操作方式和主要流程。论文描述了基于移动终端的OA系统的设计方案，提出相应的总体设计思路。对OA进行需求分析和功能设计，对数据库结构进行分析和设计，对系统的安全性和可靠性进行分析和说明，介绍了系统的最新公文、办理文件等关键模块的详细设计模型及过程，其中包括对最新公文的操作、对数据库的操作、办理文件流程实现等相关内容。最后，论文对设计并实现的基于移动终端的OA系统进行了测试，并对测试的结果进行了分析，总结项目实施过程中积累的经验及自身需要改进的不足。更多还原

【Abstract】 OA, short for Office Automation, is a kind of system with dynamic concept.Accompanying the technology developing in computer, communication and networkindustry, the definition of OA system is enriched constantly. Nowadays, the world hasbeen being to a new era caused by information explosion, and the knowledgeeconomy starts to lead everything. On the occasion, the OA system, after a lots of newtechnologies from many domains combined, is quite different from the past a coupleof years. Furthermore, mobile OA system begins to come on the scene, which is basedon mobile terminal.There are three phases regarded as milestones in the development process of themobile OA system. At the first phase, bad timeliness and untimely response for the user request could be considered as some serious defects. And the second phase, although it might access into WAP by the browser to complete the information interaction in real time, which worked out part of the problem of the first phase, it still had some defects such as insufficient capability of interaction and poor user experience. These tremendously locked its spread. However, the latest generation, that like3G network, smartmobile terminal, multi-level authority and identity authentication and so on, a lots of advanced technologies combined with it, make the system security and stability much better. Hence, this will supply the enterprises and users with a whole set of safe, rapid and integrated mobile OA system.OA system appeared in our country in1980s. And it was developing at a high speed since21st century. Accompanying with the flourishing development of computer technology, the OA system upgraded gradually, from some simple application at the beginning, like character input, editing, typesetting and retrieve inquiry service. Now it ha s become a sort of network-based OA system, which is integrated OA system with many kinds of service by merging all the single function OA system step by step.This article is to design and implement the mobile OA system on a mobileterminal platform. It consists of the system function and structure design, key moduledesign, the illustration for implementation and test, as well as some significant factorsthat must be taken into account, such as coordination mobile office technologyinnovation, management concept humanization improvement, system extendibility,software readability and stability, key data security and so on.This paper will present the background and significance of this project research,the domestic developing history and current situation in this field, and some techniqueand method involved in system design, including iOS programming, agiledevelopment, database technology and so on. Also, it will analyze the work principleand implementation process of the system, simultaneously, describe the operationflow and method in particular. Meanwhile, it will propose the design of this based onmobile terminal OA system and the corresponding design idea. The requirementanalysis and function design for OA system, the structure analysis and design fordatabase, security and reliability analysis and statements for system, and the detaileddesign module and process for key module as latest official document operation,database operation, document handling flow and so on, will all be mentioned in thispaper. Finally, the paper will show the test results and its analysis for this system, thenget all the experiences and deficiencies waiting for improvement summarized.更多还原
