电梯轿厢参数化设计系统部分模块的研发

【摘要】 在房地产快速发展的拉动下,我国不但是全球最大的电梯市场,而且形成了全球最强的电梯生产能力。面对用户广阔和多样化的需求,时间和质量无疑成为每个电梯企业的追求目标。然而传统的机械产品的设计是图纸设计、样品试验、修改图纸、大量生产的过程,已经跟不上制造业的发展,迫切要求设计方式的改进。在这样的大背景下,国内的很多大、中企业购买了国际上知名的CAD/CAM软件,如Pro/Engineer, UG, CATIA等。但是这些软件都是商品化的通用平台,专业针对性差,不能满足各种各样具体的设计需要。因此CAD软件的二次开发问题就成为CAD技术推广应用过程中所必须面对和解决的课题之一。本文主要介绍了如何以电梯轿厢为研究对象,以Pro/Engineer为支撑平台,利用其自带的二次开发工具Pro/TOOLKIT及面向对象的可视化语言VC++开发出与企业本身的技术特点相结合的参数化设计系统的部分模块。首先,参与确定了参数化设计系统的总体架构方案;其次,采用Visual C++作为前端开发工具,SQL Server作为后台数据库对Pro/Engineer进行了二次开发;再次,主要讲述了三维模板、钣金展开图和工程图模板的参数化创建,并且以轿厢侧轿壁为工程实例结合参数脚本的创建对参数化设计的实施做了介绍;最后,介绍电梯轿厢参数化设计系统部分模块的具体实现。平台的开发选择了面向对象的可视化开发语言VC++,通过建立SQL Server数据库和数据表,利用ADO数据库技术实现VC++和SQL Server的无缝连接。平台实现了模型树的建立、模型基本信息的入库、用经验公式脚本驱动模型、新产品模型及工程图的自动生成等功能。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of our country’s real estate, our country is not only the largest market, but also the most production capacity of elevator in the world. Facing onto the wide and diverse needs, every elevator company would have to reduce the production time and guarantee the quality of products. But the traditional design procedure of mechanical products is drawing design, sample test, modifying drawing, and mass production, it is not suited to the development of the mechanical manufacturing industry, and the improvement of design procedure is urgently demanded. In this context, many internal enterprises have purchase some CAD/CAM softwares well known in the world like Pro/Engineer, UG, CATIA and so on. But these softwares are normally commercial and unprofessional platforms, and these platforms can’t adapt each kind of demand of concrete design. Therefore, the secondary developments of CAD softwares are the questions we have to face and solve in the process of applying the CAD technology.The paper introduces how to research and develop several modules of the parametric design system of elevator car combining with enterprise’s technology by using Pro/TOOLKIT in Pro/Engineer and VC++. First, the paper establishes the whole plan of parametric design system; second, it redevelops Pro/Engineer by Visual C++and SQL Server; third,3-D template, unfolded graph of sheet metal and drawing template is introduced, and parametric design is introduced combining with side car walls and parametric script; last, the article introduces how to execute several modules of the parametric design system of elevator car. The developing of platform selects Visual C++which is object oriented and visual developing language as main language. VC++and SQL Server are linked by ADO technology. The platform’s function includes creation of model tree, saving basal information about model, making the model modified by the experience script, generating model and drawing of new products and so on.
