给水管网系统数值计算方法研究及应用

【摘要】 给水管网是给水系统中的重要组成部分,掌握给水管网系统的动态运行工况,是管理者从事给水系统管理的必然要求。多年来许多国内外专家致力于给水管网计算和分析方法的研究及其运用。随着70年代网络技术的发展,人们利用图论来构造给水管网的节点方程和环方程。简洁明了的矩阵描述的方式,使人们对繁杂的系统、方程本身的性质及其应用有了更直观、更深刻的了解,新的求解思路由于计算机技术的成熟得到了实现。本文主要通过建立管网压力流量的数学模型,分析复杂管网各个参量之间的关系,并通过工业生产试验,确定其模型参数。为给排水系统的同步智能控制提供必要的依据,从而实现水资源和能源的节约。本文研究的主要内容有:(1)对给水管网水力计算理论进行分析,对比各种给水管网数值模拟计算方法的优点和缺点,选择了出适合的给水管网数值模拟方法。系统阐述了给水管网数值模拟的步骤。(2)以本溪钢铁的给排水循环系统中短流程浊环系统为研究对象,选取其中多个管网系统,对这些管网系统的拓扑结构进行可行性简化,然后输入计算机,形成能实现模拟计算的管网图形。(3)对选取的管网系统的主要参数进行确定,并运用水力计算软件EPANET2.0进行动态模拟。通过不同条件下的模拟计算,根据现有资料和模拟结果,对管网系统的多种工况情况进行分析。(4)以本钢给排水循环系统为例进行给水过程试验研究。研究冷却水循环系统管网特点,确定某些循环系统管网内部不同管段内参量与生产实际用量之间对应关系,从而给出冷却循环系统内不同管网段与生产用水量同步的最佳指标,实现各循环系统给排水量与生产用水量同步智能控制。
【Abstract】 Water supply pipe network is an important part of water supply system.To master the dynamic working status of water supply pipe network is necessary to managers who engage in water supply career.A great number of domestic and foreign experts have been studing studied on the calculation and analyses method for many years.Along with the development of network technique,the node equations and circuit equations were set up by using seheme method.This paper analyses the relation between the various parameters of complex pipe networks through the establishment of the mathematical model of pipe networks pressure and flow,and determines their model parameters by industrial production test,and provides the necessary data support for synchronized intelligent control of water supply and drainage systems to achieve water and energy savings. This paper contains the following aspects:(1)A suitable method of numerical simulation of water supply pipe netwok is chosen through analysis of hydraulic calculation theories of water supply pipe networks and comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of various numerical simulation method of water supply pipe netwoks.The steps of numerical simulation of water supply pipe networks are explained.(2)The Short process of Circulating System of water supply and drainage system in Benxi Iron&Steel Co.Ltd is study object of this paper,and several pipe netwoks of it are selected.The topology of these networks is simplified logically,and then entered the computer to get a simplied network that is used to simulation.(3)The main parameters of the selected pipe networks are determined.The networks are simulated by hydraulic calculation software EPANET2.0.Through simulations under different conditions,based on existing data and results of simulations,the pipe networks are analyzed in several cases.(4) Water supply and drainage system in Benxi Iron&Steel Co.Ltd is studied by the tests of water supply.Through study of the characters of the pipe networks of cooling water circulation system,the relations between the parameters of different sections of networks and the actual amount of water are determined.The best indicators of the synchronization of different sections of networks and the actual amount of water are given,in order to achieve synchronized intelligent control of circulation systems.
