开关变换器传导电磁干扰抑制技术研究

【摘要】 开关变换器因体积小、效率高、重量轻、功率因数大等优点被广泛应用在通信、控制、计算机等领域。但由于开关变换器工作在高频状态,产生的瞬态脉冲含有高频谐波而形成电磁干扰,电磁干扰通过传导和辐射的途径传播,不但对电网造成污染,而且直接影响到其它用电电器的正常工作,所以对开关变换器电磁干扰的产生机理以及抑制技术的分析和研究具有十分重要的意义。本文以Boost变换器为研究对象,分析了传导电磁干扰产生的机理,研究了电磁干扰的抑制技术,本论文主要完成的工作为:1.设计了RCD、RC缓冲吸收电路,降低开关管开关动作时产生的高电压和电流变化率,研究了平衡电感抑制共模信号技术,降低储能电感产生的电压和电流尖峰,仿真结果表明,这种方法能有效的衰减电磁干扰。2.研究了变换器电磁干扰的滤波技术,通过对源阻抗进行预估、阻抗匹配关系及预估插入损耗选择合适的滤波拓扑网络结构,设计了电磁干扰滤波器。实验结果表明,电磁干扰滤波器能很好的抑制开关变换器中传导电磁干扰,使其达到规范值。3.研究了峰值电流控制和OGY混沌控制抑制电磁干扰技术,保证在电路总能量相同且不影响变换器性能指标(输出电压、电压稳定度等)的前提下从机理上主动降低电磁干扰水平。峰值电流法通过调整上下限参考电流,控制变换器工作在混沌状态抑制电磁干扰;OGY控制法使变换器参考模型处于混沌状态,通过对电感电流采样与参考模型的采样点同步,达到降低变换器电磁干扰水平的目的。

【Abstract】 Switching converters are widely used in communication, control, computer and other fields because of the advantages of their small sizes, high efficiency and light weight and a large power factor. However, when switching converter is working in a high frequency state, it can produce a transient pulse containing high frequency harmonics that can emit electromagnetic interference, electromagnetic interference can cause pollution to the network and direct impact to other electrical appliances to work by conduction, radiation, so researching the mechanism of electromagnetic interference with the switching converter and suppression technology is great significance.Taking Boost Converter for the study this paper, analyzed the generation mechanism of conducted electromagnetic interference, this paper work completed:1. Designed the RCD, RC buffer circuit, reduce the higher change rate of voltage and current produced by the switching research technology about suppressing common mode signal by a inductor, reduce voltage and current spikes produced by energy storage inductor, simulation results show that methods can suppress electromagnetic interference effectively.2. Research filter technology of the converter electromagnetic interference.Designed electromagnetic interference filters by estimating the source impedance, impedance matching and insertion loss of the filter to select the appropriate network structure. Experimental results show that electromagnetic interference filters can suppress conducted electromagnetic interference of switching converter to reach the standard value.3. Research the peak current control and the OGY chaos control to suppress electromagnetic interference technology, ensure that the same total energy of the circuit and no affecting the performance of the converter and to reduce levels of electromagnetic interference in taking the initiative from the mechanism.Peak current method by adjusting the Upper and lower reference current,controls the converter work in the chaotic state to suppress electromagnetic interference; OGY control method make the reference model of converter in the chaotic state, through sampling inductor current and the reference sampling model in synchronous, and achieve to reduce the level of electromagnetic interference the goals.
