无线通信网络在钾矿采输控制系统中的应用研究

【摘要】 无线通信技术以其移动性强、可靠性高、扩展性好、成本低廉、施工周期短等优点,在工业自动化控制领域得到了广泛地应用。通过无线接入点,将移动终端接入网络,实现网络资源的共享,也是当今无线通信研究的重点。本文系统地分析了盐湖采矿的工艺过程及特点,采用罗克韦尔自动化产品和GPS、无线数传电台构成无线通信网络,设计了钾矿采输控制系统,有效地完成了对盐湖钾矿的采收航道航线控制、采收浓度控制、水采船和锚船的运动控制、矿浆的传输控制、岸基站设备的启停控制以及水采船、锚船、岸基站之间数据的远距离无线通信等功能。由于无线通信网络处于复杂的电磁环境中,极易受到恶劣的电磁环境的干扰,为了提高无线通信网络的可靠性,本文系统地分析了影响无线通信网络可靠性的因素,对可靠性进行深入的研究,建立了提高抗干扰能力和网络容错性的数学模型,提出了增加AGC控制环节以及网络应用层协议的超时机制和CRC校验等方法,有效地改善了无线通信网络的容错性和抗干扰能力,提高了钾矿采输系统的可靠性,保证了该系统能够在恶劣的环境中长期稳定地运行,达到了设计的要求。

【Abstract】 Wireless communication technology has been widely used in the field of industrial automation and control for its good characteristics of strong mobility,high reliability, good scalability, low cost, short construction period and so on. Through a wireless access point, the mobile terminal access network, shared network resources, that is the focus of today’s wireless communications research.This system analysis of the salt mining process and characteristics, designs the full range of potassium ore mining output control system,using the network which consists Rockwell Automation products and GPS, wireless data radio wireless communications. Effectively completed the harvest Salt Lake potash route control channel, the concentration of control over harvesting, water mining ship and anchor the ship motion control, the pulp of the transmission control, shore station equipment, start-stop control and water mining ship, ship anchor, long-range of wireless communication between shore-based station’s data and other functions.As the wireless communications network in a complex electromagnetic environment, vulnerable to interference of bad electromagnetic environment. In order to improve the reliability of wireless communication networks, this paper systematically analyzes the factor which impacts the reliability of wireless communication network, on the reliability of depth study, established mathematical model to improve anti-interference capability, and network fault tolerance.This paper proposes increasing the AGC control link, and network application layer protocol timeout mechanism and the CRC checksum and other methods, effectively improved the wireless communication network fault-tolerance and anti-interference, improve the reliability of the potash mining transmission systems to ensure that the system in harsh environments and long-term stable operation, meets the design requirements.
