【摘要】 随着信息技术的快速发展和我国电子政务工程的快速推进，政府门户网站的建设已经成为电子政务工程建设中极为重要的环节。与发达国家相比，国内政府门户网站在数量和质量上还有较大差距。做好政府门户网站，电子政务工程建设就迈出了非常成功的一步，其重要意义不可低估。本文从门户网站开发的主流技术JSP入手，基于以J2EE为核心的MVC设计模式，采用Windows Server2003+MySQL+Tomcat5.5+JDKl.5的技术路线，并结合横山县地方税务局的实际工作情况，对县级地方税务局门户网站建设进行详细的需求分析，完成了各个栏目的功能性设计；在此基础上，对网站进行概要设计，确定了网站的整体结构；接着设计类图和数据库，实现了网站信息管理、用户管理、策略管理、留言板及登录五个功能模块，最后对本系统进行了测试，测试结果显示该系统能够实现以上设计功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of information technology and the rapid advance ofe-government project, the construction of government portal website is playing veryimportant role in e-government engineering. There is a large gap between foreigncountries and Chinese government websites in quantity and quality. One of the verysuccessful steps for e-government engineering is excellent construction of governmentportal website. Its significance can not be underestimated.This paper starts with JSP which is the mainstream technology of portal websitedevelopment. Based on the J2EE MVC design pattern and the technical route ofWindows Server2003+MySQL+Tomcat5.5+JDKl.5，the paper carries on detaileddemand analysis to the website construction combined with practical work situation ofCounty Local Taxation Bureau, completing the functional design of each part. On thisbasis, the thesis carries on the outline design to the website and determines overallstructure of the website.Then the detailed design of class diagram and database isfinished, and the functional modules of the site are also achieved. Such as: Websiteinformation management, user management, strategic management, message board andlogin. Finally, a comprehensive test is carried on to the system and it shows that thissystem can make all the functions we mentioned above come true.更多还原
