【摘要】 随着移动通信技术的日益成熟，移动终端设备已经发展得和PC一样，具有操作系统，能够安装运行软件，因此移动终端设备已成为人们生活中越来越重要的必需品之一。在众多移动终端设备中，以智能手机系统为例，Symbian是高级的可定制的操作系统，它是由世界领先的移动电话制造商授权的，其开放的平台和灵活的用户界面为第三方软件开发商提供了可操作的平台，并很容易基于该平台设计和开发符合市场需求的扩展程序。Symbian环境中的国际区号应用软件设计与开发项目，在软件设计阶段中，加入了国际号码呼叫的辅助功能，以此弥补了Symbian平台应用程序上的不足，并且为其它流行的智能移动终端的应用提供了很好的参考实现。项目的设计、实现过程中，应用并充分体现了敏捷开发（Agile）相对于传统开发模式的优势和特点，同时采用了MVC(Model-View-Control)设计模式与TDD（Test DrivenDevelopment，测试驱动开发）方式，确保了开发过程中每一个阶段的交付都有很高的质量保证。Agile，MVC和TDD都是当前软件开发领域的先进管理和实现方式，在项目中，有非常好的应用和体现。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, with mobile terminal performance and continuous improvement,and increasingly sophisticated mobile technology, Smartphones have become one ofthe important necessities in people’s lives. It is called a smart phone because thisphone just like PC, have its operating system, can be installed some software. In manysmart-phone system, Symbian is a high customizable operating system, and it islicensed by the world’s leading maker of mobile phones, its open platform and flexibleuser interface for third-party software developers to provide operational platform, andeasily based on the Extender platform design and development to meet marketdemand.In the Symbian environment, country codes application software design anddevelopment project added the international number call accessibility in the softwaredesign phase, in order to compensate for the lack of Symbian platform applications, aswell as other popular intelligent mobile terminal applications provide a good referenceimplementation. In the process of project design, implementation, application andfully embodies the agile development (Agile) relative to the traditional model ofdevelopment advantages and characteristics, using MVC (Model-View-Control)design pattern and TDD (Test Driven Development, test-driven development) toensure that every stage in the development process of the delivery of high qualityassurance.
