路用工作状态下水泥混凝土抗裂性能研究

【摘要】 水泥混凝土路面的原材料及材料组成对其强度,抗裂性及抗变形能力等路用性能起着关键性作用。水泥混凝土路面出现的病害,如裂缝、接缝损坏、板角断裂甚至断板等,究其主要原因是其强度不足,抗裂性差及抗变形性能不良等。因此,本文深入开展水泥混凝土材料对水泥混凝土路用性能的研究,对提高水泥混凝土路面抗开裂及耐久性具有重要的现实意义。通过对硬化水泥混凝土早期开裂研究,主要针对水泥细度、水灰比等对水泥混凝土早期开裂影响,得出了水泥细度,水灰比,浆集比等各因素对水泥混凝土的塑性开裂、早期开裂敏感性以及早期收缩特性的影响变化规律。以提高水泥混凝土路面路用抗裂性为出发点,从组成水泥混凝土的主要原材料-水泥入手,分析了不同区域代表性路用水泥的矿物组成,通过理论分析和试验研究,得出了水泥比表面积对胶砂标准稠度用水量、水泥胶砂强度、脆性系数及混凝土各力学性能的变化规律。通过研究各因素(水泥细度、砂率、胶凝材料用量、水灰比、粉煤灰掺量、粗集料最大公称粒径及外加剂等)对路用水泥混凝土的抗压强度、抗弯拉强度、脆性、断裂韧性和弯拉弹性模量的影响,得出了各因素对其强度和抗变形性能的影响变化规律,并得出了相应的回归方程,得出了考虑各单指标的最佳配合比,提出了评价路用水泥混凝土抗裂性建议指标。综合整篇论文的理论分析和试验研究成果,全面考虑抗开裂、强度和抗变形能力的要求,最后得出路用水泥混凝土的的推荐配合比范围。

【Abstract】 The raw materials and Material composition of cement concrete pavement for itsstrength,crack resistance and non-deformability and so on. to play a key role.The appeareddiseases of cement concrete pavement,such as cracks、joints damaged、Fracture under evenBroken board, etc. The main reason is its Insufficient strength,poor crack resistance and poorresistance to deformation performance, etc. Therefore,to study depth on cement concretematerials for cement concrete pavement performance has important practical significance toimprove the durability of cement concrete pavement.Through study on early cracking of hardened cement concrete,study focused on theinfluence of cement fineness、cement ratio of cement concrete at early age cracking.Obtainedthe variation of plastic cracking、early cracking sensitivity and early contractile properties ofcement concrete,which Various factors are cement fineness,cement ratio,Plasma set than, etc.As a starting point to improve Cement Concrete Pavement Performance,Start from the main rawmaterial composed of cement concrete-cement. analysed the Mineral composition of cement that fromDifferent regional representation,Through theoretical analysis and experimental research,Obtained thechange law of cement specific surface area and cement mortar water requirement of normalconsistency,cement mortar strength,brittleness index,Concrete mechanical properties,etc.By researching various factors (cement fineness, sand ratio, usage of cementitious materials,water cement ratio, content of fly ash,Coarse aggregate nominal maximum aggregate size andAdmixture, etc.) of cement concrete compressive strength, Flexural tensile strength, Brittle, FractureToughness and bending elasticity modulus of the impact,Obtained The variation law of influenceon the strength and anti-deformation,and draw the corresponding regression equation. Obtained thebest Mix Proportion that Consider all single-factor index, puts forward the Guideline Suggestedof evaluating the performance of pavement.The whole issue of theoretical analysis and experimental research results, and take fullaccount of the resistance to cracking, strength and resistance to deformation and, finally, theway out to the recommendation of the cement concrete mix ratio range.
