基于不同施工方案的独塔混凝土斜拉桥力学性能研究

【摘要】 独塔斜拉桥以其造型优美、结构新颖、跨越能力出色等特点,在城市桥梁中占有越来越重要的地位。斜拉桥属高次超静定结构,结构计算分析比较复杂,其施工方法与成桥后的主梁线形及结构内力状态密切相关。本文以石河子西一路高架桥主桥(独塔混凝土斜拉桥)建设工程为背景,首先简要介绍了现代斜拉桥的发展概况、独塔斜拉桥的结构特点及常用结构分析方法。然后依据施工现场的自然环境、地理环境、气候条件、工期要求等因素的综合要求,拟定了由满堂支架现浇施工和前支点挂篮施工组成的四种不同的施工方案。采用桥梁专用分析计算程序,对结构主梁、索塔、拉索等进行模拟,建立全桥有限元模型。本文针对不同施工方案,全面分析和评价了不同施工方案对独塔混凝土斜拉桥力学性能的影响。通过施工全过程仿真分析计算,确定了合理的施工步骤、索力张拉方案及阶段立模高程;以施工过程不同阶段和成桥状态下斜拉索索力、主梁上下缘应力、主梁线形等作为目标参数,通过不同施工方案的比较,进行桥梁施工过程优化分析,从而确定了施工过程中索力、主梁节段高程的最优力学及几何参数,从而保证成桥阶段结构线形与内力逼近设计目标状态,研究成果可供斜拉桥设计和施工控制参考。

【Abstract】 The single tower cable-stayed bridge plays an increasingly important position in the cityThe single tower cable-stayed bridge plays an increasingly important position in the citybridge for its beautiful appearance, novel structure and excellent spanning capacity. Thecable-stayed bridge has an indeterminate structure with high degrees, and the structureanalysis of the cable-stayed bridge is complicated. Its construction method is closely relatedto the internal forces and deformation of the bridge.Take the construction project of Shi Hezi Xiyi Road Viaduct for example, this paper firstintroduces the overview of the development of the modern cable-stayed bridge, the structuralsystems and structural performance of modern cable-stayed bridge, and the analyticalmethods of cable-stayed bridge. Then, according to the comprehensive requirements of thenatural environment, geographical environment, climatic conditions, schedule requirements,based on the construction site, four different construction schemes which appropriatecombination of full framing casting construction and construction of hanging basket wereprepared. Based on dedicated procedures of bridge analysis and calculation, a simulation onthe girder, tower and cables was run, and the full-bridge finite element model was established.Aiming at the different construction schemes, this thesis analysis and evaluate theinfluence on the different construction schemes on single tower cable-stayed bridge concretemechanics performance. After running the whole construction process analysis, this thesisdetermined the reasonable construction steps, the reasonable construction program of cableforce, and the appropriate elevation of formwork. Take the cable force, the upper and lowerstress in main girder and the main beam linear of the different stages of the constructionprocess and the bridge state as target parameters. Through the comparison of the differentconstruction schemes, this thesis applies bridge construction process optimization analysis toensure the structure linear and internal forces on the bridge state approximate the design targetstate. The research results can be taken as a reference for the design and construction controlof cable-stayed bridge.
