【摘要】 图片相关的产品很早就出现在用户的面前，随着近年来互联网的不断发展，用户对于图片定制功能的易用性、可扩展性，以及系统的安全性方面的需求都有了很大程度的提高。另一方面，伴着Android移动互联网的兴起，图片定制的用户更呈现出了分散和跨平台的特点。针对Android系统的开放性，如何更好的把各个不同的软硬件生态环境更好的兼容起来，以便让用户数据的延续性和整个用户群体持续增长得到保证，也是需要研究解决的问题之一。在产品的设计和开发中，我们采用敏捷开发的理念管理产品团队和开发团队。敏捷开发以人为核心，采用循序渐进及迭代的开发方法，核心原则包括：主张简单以及拥抱变化。在敏捷开发中，软件项目的构建被切分成多个子项目，各个子项目的成果都经过测试，具备集成和可运行的特征。论文在对Android平台的技术现状以及发展趋势的进行简要介绍的基础上，详细分析了基于Scrum的敏捷开发的图片社区产品的设计思路以及团队管理理念。通过对产品设计流程中的各个阶段的分析，论述了在具体的实施过程中，团队在Scrum理念下逐步完成产品的过程。产品实现了图片浏览，图片分享，图片评论以及发布的功能，通过对细节的优化和创新，提供了优质的体验。结合移动应用的特点，该产品具有低耦合性、实时性、便于移植的特点，同时可维护性强，具有很强的市场竞争力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Picture customized products appeared early. With the continuous development of theInternet in recent years, the requirement from users in the usability and extensibility offunctions especially the safety of the systems reaches a higher level. On the other hand,accompanied by the growing up of Android mobile internet, users of picture customizeshown some features of dispersion and cross-platform. For the openness of Android system,the problems needs research that how to enhance the compatibility of the ecologicalenvironment based on different hardware and software, so that the continuity of users’ dataand the sustainable growth of user groups could be contained.We were supported by agile development theory during our product developing.Agile development is a human-centered, iterative, incremental development approach, thecore principles include: simple is important and embrace changes. In agile development,the structure of software project is split into multiple subprojects, the results of everysubproject are tested, with the characteristics of integration and operation. This paper givea brief introduction on the Android platform in the state of technology and developmenttrends as basis, then it starts a detailed analysis of Scrum-based agile developmentcommunity of photo products, design ideas, and team management concept. According tothe analysis of stages during the product design process, it discussed the process that theteam completing the product step by step under the concept of the Scrum in the specificimplementation process.The product appears in this paper achieves the function of pictures browsing, picturesharing, pictures comments and publishing, providing high-quality experience through theoptimization and innovation in details. Combine the characteristics of mobile applications,the product has low coupling, real-time, portable, meanwhile it has a great maintainability,with strong market competitiveness.更多还原
