嵌入式电磁搅拌器控制系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 电磁搅拌技术是对金属凝固过程进行精确控制的一种有效手段,是获得高品质金属材料的重要环节。随着计算机和互联网的发展,用于电磁搅拌器的控制系统也迅速发展起来。利用现代微电子技术,电力电子技术和计算机技术的新成果,电磁搅拌器控制系统进一步提高钢材质量。但是,传统的电磁搅拌器控制系统一般运行在Linux系统或Windows系统之上,不仅需要昂贵的工控机,还需要额外的数据采集电路支持,成本高,通用性、灵活性差。因此,需要一种创新的控制系统来解决电磁搅拌器控制系统成本高、通用性和灵活性差的缺点。把传统的电磁搅拌器控制系统移植到基于ARM芯片的嵌入式板卡中,不仅能够降低硬件成本,而且可以摆脱对外围数据采集电路的依赖,使用ARM自带的GPIO端口完成数据采集工作,大大减少了硬件布置的复杂性。同时,采用UI与逻辑分离的设计方案,降低界面与控制逻辑的耦合度,使用户可以按照自己的需求定制界面,同时不需要对底层逻辑进行修改,大大提高了系统的通用性。在对已有的电磁搅拌器控制系统进行进一步的需求分析后,对嵌入式电磁搅拌器控制系统软件的设计进行了重构,在开发板的基础上你自行设计了专用的嵌入式电磁搅拌器控制板,并通过硬件调试,最终完成了整个系统的开发和测试工作,已交付用户使用。通过该项目的开发,证明了把电磁搅拌器控制系统移植到基于ARM的嵌入式板卡中的可能性。同时,作为国内首个嵌入式电磁搅拌器控制系统,该系统的出现必将对国内电磁搅拌器控制系统的发展产生深远影响。
【Abstract】 Electromagnetic stirring technology is an effective means for precise control of metalsolidification process, and also an important aspect to obtain high-quality metal materials.With the development of computers and the Internet, the control system forelectromagnetic stirrer developes rapidly also. With the new achievements of modernmicroelectronic technology, power electronics and computer technology, electromagneticstirrer control systems is flexible enough to control the electromagnetic stirrer and further improve thequality of steel based on different parameters. However, traditional electromagnetic stirrercontrol system generally runs on top of Linux or Windows system, which is not only theneed for expensive industrial machine, but also the need for additional data acquisitioncircuit, with the disadvantages of high cost, poorly versatility and poorly flexibility.Therefore, an innovative control system is needed to solve the shortcomings of traditionalelectromagnetic stirrer control systems.It can not only reduce hardware costs to port the traditional electromagnetic stirrercontrol system to the ARM-based embedded system, but also get rid of dependence on thedata acquisition circuit, greatly reducing the complexity of the hardware layout by usingGPIO comes with ARM. At the same time, the separation design of UI and logic designreduce the degree of coupling of the interface and control logic, which allows the user tocustomize the interface according to their own needs and greatly improve the flexibility ofthe system. After dong a further analysis for the needs of existing electromagnetic stirrercontrol systems, we reconstructs the design of embedded control system software ofelectromagnetic stirrer and design a dedicated embedded electromagnetic stirrer controlpanel based on the development board. Finally, we complete the development and testingof the entire system, which has been delivered to the user.Through the development of the project, we prove the possibility of migration theelectromagnetic stirrer control system to ARM-based embedded board. At the same time, asthe first embedded electromagnetic stirrer control system, the system will have a profoundimpact on the development of the domestic electromagnetic stirrer control system.
