大体积混凝土水化热温控分析

Study on Temperature Control of the Mass Concrete Hydration Heat

【摘要】 随着我国桥梁事业的急剧发展,桥梁建设规模的增大,大体积混凝土水化热温控问题已经引起了桥梁工程界的高度重视。大体积混凝土由于体积庞大,散热困难,在浇筑完毕后的几天内其内部温度上升的非常迅速,和表面产生了较大的温差,容易导致混凝土产生表面裂缝甚至深层贯穿裂缝,严重威胁工程质量。我们需要采取一定的大体积混凝土水化热温控技术来控制混凝土水化温升,削减温度峰值。本文介绍了大体积混凝土水化热温控技术以及冷却水管冷却效果的研究现状。介绍了大体积混凝土温度场计算的有限元方法,及考虑冷却水管作用的温度场计算的有限元方法。本文系统的展开了大体积混凝土水化热温控技术研究,用MIDAS/Civil软件模拟了九江长江公路大桥主塔承台工程,对承台的温度场进行仿真分析,先分为有冷却水和无冷却水两种情况进行讨论,然后针对不同的冷却水温(5℃、10℃)、不同的通水冷却时间(10天、15天)、不同冷却管布置间距(铅直间距1m、2m)等参数分别设置不同的方案,并对九种不同方案计算出的数据进行分析对比并比较了不同方案下不同的温控效果,探讨冷却水温、冷却水通水时间、冷却管间距对于水化热温控效果的影响。并将得出的最优方案应用于实际工程,然后以监测数据和仿真模拟数据进行对比分析,得出了许多有益结论,具有很好的参考借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of bridge engineering and the increase of bridgeconstruction scale in our country, The hydration heat of temperature control issue of massconcrete temperature control has caused the attention of the bridge engineering. Becausethe huge volume and the heat dissipation difficulty of mass concrete, the internaltemperature rises very quickly, and causes a great temperature on the surface in pouringa few days, It’s easy to cause the crack on the concrete surface, even through deepcracks,which threats seriously engineering quality. So we must take some technology ofthe hydration heat temperature of mass concrete to control the concrete hydrationtemperature rising,and cut the temperature peak value.This paper introduces the temperature control technology of mass concrete and theresearch current situation of the hydration heat cooling water pipe cooling effect, thefinite element method of temperature field calculation of the mass concrete, and thefinite element method of the temperature field while considering the effect of the coolingwater pipe.This paper systemicly proceeds the research on the temperature control technology ofthe hydration heat of mass concrete according to the parameters, uses the MIDAS/Civilsoftware to Simulate the engineering of the main pile caps of JiuJiang Changjiang Riverhighway bridge,analyzes the simulation of the temperature field and divides into watercooling system and non-water cooling system to discusse, and setts up different schemesdirect the different cooling water pipes with same water water temperature(5℃、10℃),different out water time (10days,15days), different water pipe arrangementspace(vertical space1m,2m),and analyzes the temperature field datas calculatedaccording to the nine different scheme in comparison, compares the different temperaturecontrol effect with the different schemes,and discusses the out water water temperature,out water time,pipes spacing to the influence on the effcet of hydration heattemperature. It will get the best program and put it into practice, and then, analyze themonitoring data compaerd with the simulated data, it concludes many beneficialconclusions,which has good reference significance.
