基于零磁通的有源小电流互感器的研究

【摘要】 无论在工业领域还是在人们的生活中,电流互感器的应用都非常广泛。电流互感器是电力系统电能计量、继电保护、系统诊断与监测的重要组成部分,其测量精度和运行可靠性直接关系到电力系统的安全和经济运行。高精度的电流互感器是实现电力系统绝缘在线检测的重要工具。但是普通的电流互感器在测量小电流时误差较大,故需要对其进行误差补偿,提高其测量精度。本文根据电流互感器的误差公式,从电流互感器的铁芯结构参数,二次侧负载阻抗,原边输入电流,副边线圈匝数和铁芯材料五个方面对影响小电流互感器误差的因素进行分析,选取了最优的小电流互感器结构参数和铁心材料,并在对传统的误差补偿方法进行深入研究的基础上,提出了一种基于零磁通原理的有源补偿方式,并推导了它的工作原理。对于补偿电路的设计分为两部分,分别为硬件设计和软件设计。硬件设计包括电压信号调理电路,补偿电流发生电路和单片机系统电路等功能电路。软件设计主要是在MPLAB开发环境下,采用C语言编写了相应的PIC单片机功能程序。最后,利用INV306U-5162型采集卡和DASP软件对零磁通电流互感器的补偿效果进行了实验验证,实验结果表明,本课题设计的电流互感器有源补偿方式有很好的补偿效果,能够明显地提高测量等级。

【Abstract】 Current transformer is very widely applied both in industrial fields and people’s life. Currenttransformer is an important constituent of power system electric energy measurement, relayprotection, system diagnosis and monitoring. Its measuring accuracy and operation reliabilitydirectly related to the safety and economic operation of the power system. The high precisioncurrent transformer is an important tool for online detection of power system insulation. But forsmall current measurement, the common current transformer’s error is bigger, so it needs tocarry on the error compensation to improve the accuracy of measurement.According to the current transformer’s error formula, this paper analyzes the core structureparameters, secondary side load impedance, the primary side of the input current, the secondarycoil turns and core material which affect small current transformer’s error, and then selects theoptimal small current transformer structure parameters and the core material. On the basis ofin-depth study of the traditional method of error compensation, a zero flux principle-based activecompensation method is proposed, and the derivation of its working principle is done. Thecompensation circuit design is divided into two parts, the hardware design and software design.The hardware design includes the voltage signal conditioning circuit, compensation currentgenerating circuit and single chip microcomputer system circuit, etc. The software design mainlyrealizes the software design of PIC microcontroller’s data acquisition and processing system.Software programming language is C language, and software development environment is in theMPLAB. Finally, the experiment uses the INV306U-5162type acquisition card and DASPsoftware to verify the zero-flux current transformer’s compensation effect. The experimentalresults show that the designed current transformer compensation mode has a good compensationeffect, and it can obviously improve the measurement level.
