电磁炮组件受不同载荷压力作用下的解析计算及动态响应

【摘要】 随着电磁炮在军事研究领域的迅猛发展,世界军事强国开始广泛地关注磁炮的应用前景,利用新的电磁发射技术提高电磁炮的工作性能,但是使用寿命短这一难题始终没有得到很好地解决。论文主要研究了影响电磁炮发射轨道受不同函数模型载荷分布压力作用的变形因素及其求解电磁炮炮管在不同函数分布压力作用下的解析解,最后通过实验数据验证并且得出结论:首先,研究了阻尼力对挠度的主要影响,进而改进电磁发射装置的性能和提高发射的精度。论文主要研究了电磁发射轨道装置工作的基本原理、模型及其求解高阶偏微分方程初值问题解析解的方法。从而为求解更高阶偏微分方程奠定了理论基础。其次,讨论了借助所求得的控制方程解析解的不同情形,也就是挠度随着时间的变化而变化的解析式,进而重点考查影响梁挠度变化的主要因素,通过对不同函数模型的检验,借助MATLAB软件对梁变形的表达式编程计算分析,可以看出阻尼系数不同程度的影响着挠度的变化。从而可以选择对挠度变化影响较小的材料,达到延长装置的使用寿命和提高发射的精度的目的。这对于推动电磁炮的实用化进程具有很大的意义。再次,讨论了电磁炮炮管在特殊函数分布压力作用下的解析解的不同情形,而且给出了当电磁炮管无限长时的极限就是著名的Lamè公式。最后,在REG-III型电磁炮的发射炮管上,通过静态应变测试仪记录发射时炮管的应变值,并与理论计算的结果相比较,二者有较高的吻合度。从而验证了理论计算的正确性。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the electromagnetic gun in military field of study, theworld military power pay widely attention to the application prospects of magnetic gun. I-mproving the performance of guns using new electromagnetic launch technology.This paper mainly studied the effect factors of the launching about electromagneticgun orbit under the role of linear, nonlinear load distribution stress deformation factorsand solving analytical solutions of the electromagnetic gun tube under linear, nonlinearfunction distribution pressure, finally getting the conclusion by having verified theexperimental data.Firstly, studing the influencing factors of deflection about the damping force, so itcan be improve electromagnetic emission device performance and enhance the firingprecision, focusing on the damping force’s main effect. The article firstly introduced theelectromagnetic launch rail device’s working principle, model and the method of solvinganalytical solution of high order partial differential equation. It establishes theoreticalfoundation on solving higher order partial differential equations.Secondly, it discussed analytical solution of the control equation, that is to say the def-lection change with travel time, and then focused on main influence factors about deflecti-on change of beam, calculated and analyzed by programming the deformation of beamexpression the linear and nonlinear model using MATLAB software according to the differ-ent models, it is shown that the damping factor differently affecting the change of deflecti-on, thus can be selected has little effect materials on deflection change so as to achieve th-e purpose of prolonging device life and improving the precision of emitting. It is of greatsignificance to promote the practical process of the electromagnetic gun.Again, discussing the analytical solutions of the electromagnetic gun tube under thespecial function distribution pressure, and giving the limit of guns infinite long tube is fam-ous Lamè formula.Finally, The experimental results are in accord with the theoretic calculation whenstrain values of a barrel are recorded by static strain tester on REG-III electromagnetic launcher’s barrel, so verifing the correctness of the theoretical calculations.
