基于SOA的城市公共安全系统设计与实现

【摘要】 城市应对自然灾害、突发性治安事件、交通管理以及重大流行性疾病的应急处理系统,有效地保证了城市正常的社会与生活秩序,发挥了重要的作用。然而,这些系统在开发建设时,大多是针对某一个领域的需求进行开发,不同的系统之间相互独立,主要表现在资源无法通过网络共享,数据库结构设计不一致,数据格式不统一,不同的系统之间无法实现功能调用等问题。然而,在实际的应用中,一旦发生自然灾害事件,很有可能出现社会治安问题,同时交通与医疗方面的问题也会相应出现,因此要求各个系统能够实现联动,相互之间能够资源共享,从而进一步保障城市的公共安全。目前城市公共安全各系统的架构还不能满足这一需求,而重新开发建立一体化系统又会浪费已有的投资,因此将不同的已有系统集成起来是较好的解决方案。在对目前城市公共安全系统进行研究和分析的基础上,指出了各系统之间无法实现功能互相调用、数据互相共享等问题,提出利用SOA模式构建城市公共安全一体化集成平台的思路,采用面向服务架构的技术实现手段,将目前现有的各套公共安全系统集成到同一平台下,实现异构系统的集成和异构数据库的集成。集成平台研究采取的主要技术路线是利用.NET FrameWork技术,在软件工程相关思想的指导下,构建面向服务的平台架构体系,在界面层利用SilverLight技术实现富界面架构,提升用户体验,同时也利于系统客户端的部署,在数据库服务层,采用ADO.NET EntityFrameWork技术提供数据服务,在业务软件实现层,利用WCF技术构建平台服务以及远程通信机制,最终按照SOA模式构建完成集成平台。在相关技术与技术研究部分,研究讨论了系统集成技术、SaaS模式理论、面向服务架构模式、.NET FrameWork开发等内容,为平台的设计与实现打下基础;在需求分析部分,针对目前各公共安全应急系统的集成需求,利用统一建模语言进行分析;在系统总体架构设计部分,利用五视图法阐述了系统的整体架构;在具体设计与实现部分,利用.NET FrameWork相关技术,实现了系统的主要功能。基于SOA的城市公共安全系统投入使用后,实现了在保障城市公共安全过程中不同系统之间的联动和信息共享,有效地提高了公共安全处理的效率,相关统计表明,使用该系统后,公共安全事件的处理效率提高了30%,具有良好的社会效益和经济效益。

【Abstract】 City to respond to natural disasters, unexpected security incidents, traffic managementand major epidemic diseases, emergency treatment system, to effectively ensure the city’snormal social order and life, play an important role. However, when these systems are indevelopment and construction, mostly for the needs of a particular area for development,independent of each other between different systems, mainly in the resource can not sharedover a network, database structure design inconsistencies, the data format is not uniform,different systems can not achieved between function calls and other issues. However, inpractical applications, in the event of natural disasters, social security problem is likely tooccur, while transportation and medical problems will arise accordingly, thus requiring eachsystem to achieve the linkage, to share resources with each other, thereby further protect thecity’s public safety. Currently the city public security architecture of the system cannot meetthis demand, and re-establish an integrated system will develop a waste of existinginvestments, so to integrate the different existing systems is a better solution.In the current urban public safety systems based on the research and analysis that cannotbe achieved between the various system functions call each other, sharing data with eachother and other issues, proposed the use of the soa model to build an integrated platform forthe integration of urban public safety idea, the use of surface technology to the servicestructure means the existing sets of the current public safety systems into the same platform,the integration of heterogeneous systems and the integration of heterogeneous databases.Integrated Platform to be the main route is the use of technology. NET FrameWorktechnology, software engineering-related ideas under the guidance of a platform for building service-oriented architecture systems, the interfacial layer rich interface using SilverLighttechnology architecture, user experience, but also conducive to the deployment of the clientsystem, the database service layer, using the ADO.NET Entity FrameWork technology toprovide data services, business software layer technology to build platforms using the WCFservice, and remote communication mechanism, and ultimately completed in accordance withthe SOA model to build an integrated platform. Technical and technological research in therelevant part of the discussion of system integration technology, SaaS model theory,service-oriented architecture model,. NET FrameWork development, etc., as a platform to laythe foundation for the design and implementation; in the needs analysis section, for thecurrent public safety emergency system integration requirements, for analysis using theUnified Modeling Language; part of the overall system architecture design, the use of fivemethods expounded the view of the overall system architecture; in specific parts of the designand implementation, the use of. NET FrameWork related technology, the system the mainfunction.
