大集控模式下中心站自动化系统的技术研究与应用

【摘要】 随着国家电网公司“一特四大”以及“三集五大”的战略深入推进,电网发展方式发生了深刻变化,以交直流特高压输电系统为特征的现代化大电网已经基本形成,因此对公司生产管理方式提出了集约化、精益化、标准化和专业化要求,构建集约、高效的大运行、大生产体系的时机已经成熟。大集控模式的推行能够适应现代飞速发展的电网水平,真正实现减员增效,也大力的推进科学技术应用于电网建设中。本文结合现有中心控制变电站的发展现状开展研究。通过与常规变电站的比较,分析大集控中心站自动化系统的技术特征和内涵,总结大集控模式的优缺点,分析存在问题并完善解决措施,为国网公司大力推进“三集五大”,开展大生产、大运行模式期间大集控模式的大规模推广应用提供经验。本文围绕大集控模式下中心站自动化系统的网络结构,从变电站层、间隔层分层分布介绍,并研究分析了变电站上层的调度数据网技术;详细分析了中心站所运用的循环式远动规约和问答式远动规约;针对中心站的特点,设计并建立合理的数据库,对数据采集模块进行分析研究;本文还就变电站二次安全防护系统的策略、技术进行了研究,并设计了二次安全防护的方案。最后结合实际工程,深入了解、分析研究了大集控模式下自动化系统的设计、实现,以及现今仍然存在的问题和发展方向。

In this paper, the development status of the existing centralcontrol Substation research. By comparison with the conventional substation,analysis of the technical characteristics and content of the control centerstation automation system, Summarize the advantages and disadvantages ofthe control model, analyze problems and improve the solutions, vigorously promoting the "three episodes of the top five for the State Grid Corporation,to provide experience to carry out large-scale promotion and application oflarge-scale production during the big run mode control mode.This paper focuses on the central station automation system controlmode network structure, from the station level, bay level hierarchicaldistribution of introduced substation upper scheduling data networktechnology, and research and analysis; Detailed analysis of the statutetelecontrol protocol and questions and answers, remote central station by theuse of cyclic; characteristics of the central station, the design and toestablish a rational database analysis of the data acquisition module;Substation security system strategy, technology research and design of asecondary security program.In The end, the actual engineering, in-depth understanding and analysisof the design of automation systems in the control mode to achieve, and theproblem still exist today and the direction of development.
