多品种小批量生产系统的排产优化研究

【摘要】 “离子交换树脂”产品生产系统是一个多品种小批量的生产系统。如何进行合理的生产安排是提高企业竞争力、保证客户满意的有效手段。本文研究的目的是试图釆用数学规划方法对“离子交换树脂”排产问题进行建模和优化,并通过实际的生产数据的验证,从而为离子交换树脂的排产问题找到一种实用的解决方法。本文首先介绍离子交换树脂排产的研究背景和国内外相关研究状况,简要阐述离子交换树脂生产的概念、系统特征以及系统组成,并根据离子交换树脂生产线的运作方式说明排产在平准化生产中的重要性。针对一个现实的排产案例,本文将首先针对与目前罗门哈斯生产的产品进行产能的分析,以确定罗门哈斯工厂的运营现状;然后根据精益生产及倒序排产法的原则,建立简单数学规划模型,比较方案的实用性,以及优化的程度。随后,对于简单模型进行进一步地复杂化,比较方案之间的优劣,从而得到优化后的生产安排。排产优化方法产生的排产结果表明,通过数学规划方法求解的结果可以比订单先后生产顺序得到的排产结果更为科学。但应用于实际的生产安排时,由于产品数量量,以及品种的增多,需要考虑的影响因素则相应增加。因此,当我们在对于产品排产计划的同时,需要更多地考虑怎么样去消除其他的影响因素,从而使排产计划更趋于简单。通过数学规划方法求解离子交换树脂排产方案,我们发现,针对于几种产品间的排产先后顺序,由于受外在的影响因素较小,我们完全可以通过排产的简单模型来判断,得到更有利于公司运营的生产计划。因此,本文的研究对于上海罗门哈斯化工有限公司的实际运营具有一定的理论和实际意义。
【Abstract】 "Ion exchange resin"belongs to multi-product and small batch productionsystems. How to make a reasonable arrangements and enhance enterprisecompetitivenesses the purpose of this study which will use mathematicalprogramming method to solving "ion exchange resin" scheduling problems, andfinding a practical solution method through the actual production datavalidation.This article introduces the ion exchange resin scheduling researchbackground and status of domestic and foreign studies, and then briefly describeion exchange resin production concept, according to the daily operation to ionexchange resin capacity.This article will firstly address current Rohm and Haas products forcapacity analysis to determine the status of Rohm and Haas plsmt operations;and then establish a simple mathematical programming model to optimizecurrent scheduling process and compare the practicality of the optimization level.Subsequently, a complicate model for further scheduling will be developed. Scheduling optimization results show that the mathematical programmingmethod to solving the production order is more scientific than current routinescheduling process. But when the new method is used in actual productionarrangement, a lot of things need to give more consideration to eliminate theinlfuence of other factors, so that production planning tends to be more如dmore simple.By mathematical programming, we found limited products will get lowerimpacts, and we can much easily to schedule the product by simple model todetermine company’s operation plan. Therefore, this study can improvescheduling performance of Rohm and Haas Shanghai Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd. for the actual operation.
