【摘要】 营利性青少年业余篮球俱乐部要在新形势下进行自我认识、自我更新、自我创新，在组织机构、资源管理、运营配置等各个环节要不断完善，探索如何在新形势下借助经济发展的有效推动力，创造更加丰富的社会篮球体育文化活动，提高自身的影响力，实现自身的可持续发展。本文运用问卷调查法、专家访谈法、实地考察法等方法对兰州市红宇篮球俱乐部进行了深入的调查及研究，发现兰州市红宇篮球俱乐部在管理及运营机制上存在以下几个问题[1]俱乐部组织结构不合理；[2]缺乏合理的管理依据，管理制度模糊；[3]俱乐部管理及运营中缺乏合理性及透明性。因此，对兰州市红宇篮球俱乐部的管理及运营机制进行全面分析，从中给出相应的发展及管理对策：1.加大政府及社区对兰州市红宇篮球俱乐部的行政支持力度2.加强兰州市红宇篮球俱乐部的组织结构创新3.加强兰州市红宇篮球俱乐部的管理和经营运作能力（1）转变观念，提高管理运营能力（2）加强兰州市红宇篮球俱乐部的规范化管理（3）大力加强兰州市红宇篮球俱乐部的经营运作能力4.提高财务管理能力，积极吸纳社会资本（1）提高财务管理能力（2）积极吸纳社会资本，红宇俱乐部应加强以下几个方面：建立健全内部稽核制度和内部牵制制度；建立健全内部审计制度，实施对财务人员的再监督；建立财务分析制度和成本核算；规范财务基础工作，提高财务人员工作的水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Profit youth amateur basketball club in the new situation of self-awareness,self-renewal, self-innovation, continuous improvement in all aspects oftheorganization, resource management, operations and configuration, explore how toeffectively promote economic development with the new situation force to create aricher social basketball sports and cultural activities to enhance their own influence,and achieve sustainable development.In this paper questionnaires, expert interviews, field visits and other methodsconducted in-depth surveys and studies on the the Lanzhou Hongyu basketball club,the following questions [1]Lanzhou the Hongyu Basketball Club in the managementand operation mechanism club organization structure is irrational;[2] lack ofreasonable management basis, management systems fuzzy;[3] Club management andoperation of the lack of rationality and transparency.
