【摘要】 女性议题在现代社会愈益受到人们的关注和重视，关照现实中的女性命运，关注女性的生存和发展，是性别社会学探讨的重要内容之一。可以说，女性命运、女性的生存和发展状态是社会的一面镜子，折射出社会的文明和进步程度。知识女性是具有一定程度的文化和科学知识的女性群体。在现代社会，随着社会的进步和高等教育的发展，女性的素质日渐提高，知识女性数量越来越多，她们以其特有的智慧和极大的创造力，充分参与社会生活的方方面面，并发挥着不可替代的作用。但是，由于现代社会公共政策中性别角色的缺失以及传统价值观念对女性的规范与现代社会对女性的角色期待之间的矛盾，致使知识女性在发展中面临多方面的困境，诸如职业发展过程中就业性别歧视、同等能力下的性别顺序差别对待，传统性别意识下主体张扬意识的困境以及情感困惑和多重社会角色制约下对自我价值实现的制约等等。在随着科技的进步，人类正处在不断变化发展的时代，新的生活方式日益改变着传统的社会分工、性别关系和价值观念。现代知识女性需要以自身特有的自知、自律、认真和耐心，提升主体意识，培养双性意识，积极参与公共活动，才能扮演应有的角色。同时，在社会结构层面，在工作时间、工作权力和政治权利等方面对知识女性提供相应的保障，并注重树立社会性别意识、培育健康科学的社会性别文化，才能使知识女性逐步摆脱发展中的困境。知识女性的发展，关系着我国的民生大计，关系着国家、社会、家庭、和个人以及政治、经济、历史和文化的进步与发展，只有社会各个因素相互作用、相互结合，知识女性才能以长远的方向发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Women are the subject which has increasingly attracted people’s attention. It isimportant to care about women’s fate, lives and growth when people discusssociology of gender. As a result, focusing on women is not only our obligations butalso a good mirror of social civilization and development.Intellectual women are a group who has certain degree of scientific and naturalknowledge. In nowadays, with the developments of society and education, there aremore intellectual women with higher quality who play a vital role in all socialactivities through their special wisdom and great creativity. However, for women, thedeficiencies of gender role in present social policies as well as the conflicts betweentraditional regulations and new expectations bring various difficulties such as genderdiscrimination about occupation, self-expression within the traditional genderconception, confusion about affection, limitation of self-worth based on multiplesocial roles, etc.Today everything is changing so that social division of labor, relationshipbetween men and women and values are different. Modern intellectual women shouldimprove their subject consciousness and participate in social activities with theirknowledge, self-discipline, earnest, and patience. Meanwhile, protection of socialstructure like business hour, power and political rights should be established.Moreover, harmonious gender consciousness and good gender culture should bedeveloped.The development of intellectual women plays a vital part in the whole progressof individuals and nation.
