铝合金过滤器卡箍式快开端盖设计与安全评定

Design and Safety Assessment for Quick-Opening Clip Fastened Structure of Aluminum Alloy Filter

【摘要】 随着卡箍式快开过滤器在工业生产中得到大量应用,市场竞争越来越激烈,过滤器的成本受到越来越多的重视,轻量化已成为降低成本,提高产品市场竞争力的重要手段。采用铝合金替代钢材来减轻过滤器的重量,得到越来越多的关注和应用。卡箍式快开端盖是过滤器关键的承压部件,本文以它作为研究对象,进行铝合金替代钢材实现过滤器轻量化的研究。首先,根据不锈钢304卡箍式快开端盖的结构特点,使用ANSYS软件建立简化的有限元接触分析模型,研究各组件应力的起因和分布规律。通过路径分析校核快开端盖的强度,运用回转壳体的“无矩理论”对模拟结果进行初步检查,并进行了物理实验验证其次,根据快开端盖结构特点和使用要求,依据“等强度”原理选取铝合金5083和7075作为替代材料。通过拉伸实验获得铝合金5083和7075在设计温度下基本的力学性能,获得两种铝合金材料的设计许用应力。卡箍的几何尺寸保持不变,对椭圆封头和筒体的厚度进行计算,设计了3种尺寸规格的铝合金卡箍式快开端盖。再次,使用ANSYS有限元模拟软件,对3种尺寸规格的铝合金卡箍式快开端盖进行应力分析和强度校核,结果表明采用铝合金5083和7075替代304是可行的。通过减重效果的对比分析,确定了铝合金卡箍式快开端盖结构的最终尺寸。最后,通过对两种材料的卡箍式快开端盖的材料成本、使用性和安全性等方面的分析比较,显示出铝合金替代不锈钢304具有较大的经济优势。

【Abstract】 With the quick-opening clip fastened filter has been widely used in theindustrial production, the market competition is becoming more and more severe,great attention has been paid to the filter costs, and the lightweight has become animportant means to reduce filter costs and improve the products competitiveness.By using aluminum alloy instead of steel to reduce the weight of the filter, has gotmore and more attention and application.The quick-opening clip fastened structure is the key load-bearing componentof the filter, so it was chosen as the research object, and the study of aluminumalternative to steel for the realization of the filter lightweight was made.Firstly, according to structural characteristics of the quick-opening clipfastened structure, which material was stainless steel304, the simplified finiteelement contact model was established by using ANSYS software,and the causesand distribution of the stress of the various components of the quick-openingstructure was researched. Based on the results of the path analyses, safetyassessment of the quick-opening structure was carried out; the preliminaryinspection of the numerical simulation results was made,based on the Bending Freetheory, and then physical experiment was carried out to validate the numericalresults.Secondly, according to the structural characteristics and the servicerequirements, aluminum alloys5083and7075were selected as the alternativematerial, based on the Equal Strength theory. Tensile tests were carried out to getthe mechanical properties of the aluminum alloys5083and7075, at the designtemperature, and the design allowable stress was obtained. Clip geometry wasunchanged, the thickness of the elliptical head and cylinder was re-designed, andthree kinds of sizes of aluminum alloy quick-opening clip fastened structure wereobtained.Thirdly, the finite element stress analyses and strength assessments were madeof the three kinds of sizes of aluminum alloy structure, by using ANSYS, and thefeasibility of aluminum alloys5083and7075instead of304was confirmed. Basedon the comparative analysis of the weight loss results, the final geometry size of the aluminum alloy quick-opening structure was determined.Finally, the comparative analyses on the material costs, usability and securityaspects of the two kinds of material structure were made, which verified the greateconomic advantage of the aluminum alloy alternative to steel.
