【摘要】 21世纪，伴随着新课程改革的一步步深化，人们越来越清晰地意识到学校文化对于课程改革与学校发展的重要性。同时，三级课程管理体系的确立，将校本课程开发提到战略性地位。但大多研究者是将二者分别进行研究，忽视了二者之间的密切关联。为此，笔者在细致研读前人的研究成果的基础上，揭示了二者之间的关系：校本课程开发是学校特色文化创建的重要突破口和途径；学校特色文化是校本课程开发的重要内部资源；二者之间是相辅相成、相互促进的共生关系。鉴于二者的“共生”关系，重新阐释了二者整合发展的涵义并试图通过对它们的整合来相互促进，共同发展。在对学校特色文化创建与校本课程开发整合发展进行理论研究的基础上，引入研究个案，采用访谈法、观察法、收集实物法等方式，通过对个案学校创建学校特色文化与开发校本课程整合发展的过程性叙事，呈现二者整合发展的全过程，总结经验，发现问题，并针对存在的问题，提炼出学校特色文化创建与校本课程开发整合发展建议。意欲为后来者的研究提供一些参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The21st century, with the new curriculum reform deepening step by step, peopleclearly realized that the school culture for the curriculum reform and the importanceof the school development. At the same time, level3course management systemestablished will the development of school-based curriculum mentioned strategicposition. But most researchers researched them respectively; ignore the closeconnection between them.So, the author on the basis of predecessors’ achievements, reveals the associationbetween them, the development of school-based curriculum is the importantbreakthrough and means of the school characteristic culture create; the schoolcharacteristics on the development of school-based curriculum culture is importantinternal resources; the symbiotic relationship between them is the supplement eachother and promote each other.In view of the symbiotic relationship between them, explain again the meaningand trying to integrate according to their integration to promote each other anddevelop together. In the school of characteristic culture created and the developmentof school-based curriculum integration development based on the study of the theory,the introduction of a case, use the interviews, observation, collect in kind way,through the case of school culture and development to create school characteristics ofthe development of school-based curriculum integration process sexual narrative,present both the whole process of integration development, summarizing theexperience, find out problems, and in the light of the existing problems, refine out ofschool characteristic culture created and the development of school-based curriculumintegration development suggestions.
