【摘要】 ZY集团是一个快速发展的多元化集团，相对落后的管理和内部的快速变革给集团的信息化建设带来了一定的困难。面对复杂的信息化需求和不断变化的管理思想，ZY集团迫切需要一个指导信息化建设的工具或方法，为集团内部的信息化建设提供一个工作思路和指导方针。本文通过对ZY集团现状的研究，结合先进的“企业架构”的理念，提出了ZY集团信息化架构模型。这个模型以简练直观的图形方式表述了信息化建设的一般过程和关键环节，标明了信息化建设中应重点关注的问题，对于指导ZY集团今后的信息化建设具有重要的意义。ZY集团信息化架构模型具有理论上的先进性和形式上的易用性，为ZY集团信息化建设提供了一个完整的工作思路。模型的应用能够大幅提高ZY集团信息化建设的效率，提高信息化项目的管理水平，减小信息化建设的实施风险，有利于快速推进ZY集团的信息化建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 ZY Group is a diversified one of rapid development. It’s management is very backwardand rapid changes. It is detrimental to the enterprise information. For complex informationconstruction demand and changing management thoughts, ZY Group urgently need a guidefor the ZY Group’s internal information construction to provide a working ways andguidelines.This article studied the present situation of ZY Group and advanced concept as"enterprise architecture".
