金参疏肝技术改造项目的进度计划与控制研究

【摘要】 本文运用项目管理的理论和方法对金参疏肝技术改造项目的进度计划和控制进行了研究。金参疏肝产品是治疗慢性肝炎的重要药物之一,也是哈尔滨祥鸿制药有限公司重要的研发药品。金参疏肝产品市场前景广阔,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益,因此本文对此项目运用项目进度计划与控制的方法对其生产工艺的技术改造进行了研究。首先,在对金参疏肝产品的市场分析、经济效益分析、社会效益分析的基础上,对金参疏肝技术改造项目的进度计划和控制进行研究。运用项目工作分解结构法对项目的进行工作任务分解,并绘制了甘特图和网络图,并对项目进度进行了优化。其次,对项目的进度控制进行了研究,系统分析了进度控制的过程、内容和动态监测的方法,并对项目的进度进行了测算,提出了项目进度控制的具体措施。最后,从提高组织科学决策能力、加强组织间的信息沟通、加强组织人力资源管理、加强组织规章制度建设、加强对项目的组织管理五个方面提出了金参疏肝技术改造项目实施的保障措施。

【Abstract】 This paper studies the progress schedule and control and control of the technicalreconstruction project of Jin Shen Shu Gan by means of the theory and method of projectmanagement. This product is the crucial drug for the treatment of chronic hepatitis, which isone of the important drugs of the XH Company. This project has a wide market prospect,with the good economic efficiency and the social efficiency. Therefore, the paper usesprogress schedule and control methods to do the research on this project.First of all, the paper makes the research on the planning and control of this projectbased on the market analysis, economic benefit analysis and social benefit analysis of theintegrated technical reconstruction project of Jin Shen Shu Gan. The paper outlines theproject plan by means of Work Breakdown Structure, draws Gantt charts and Network plansand optimizes the project schedule. Second, the paper studies the project’s progress control,analyzes the process, content and dynamic monitoring methods and calculates the projectschedule. At last, this paper proposes the safeguard measurements of the integratedtechnical reconstruction project of Jin Shen Shu Gan from five aspects, such as improvingdecision-making ability, strengthening the organization science organizational informationcommunication, strengthening organization, strengthening the organization of humanresource management, and strengthening the organization management of the project.
