煤气化装置中粉体输送用通气锥应用研究

【摘要】 粉煤气化装置中粉体输送系统包括磨煤、粉煤加压及灰处理三大部分,该系统是保证粉体连续、稳定输送的关键,也是保证煤粉稳定、充分燃烧的前提,它是Shell粉煤气化技术中的一项关键技术。解决粉体在输送过程中的架桥而引起的堵塞问题是保证整个粉煤气化系统安全稳定运行的关键。引进Shell粉煤气化技术并于2007年陆续投产的煤气化装置,在操作运行过程中,通气锥、吹扫器烧结金属多孔元件在交变载荷的冲击下破损,导致粉尘进入其他系统,影响了系统的正常运行。本文在查阅大量国内外相关文献的基础上,对煤气化技术的发展、粉体输送技术的研究进展做了介绍。通过对文献资料的总结及对粉体输送设备的设计经验和体会,对通气锥、吹扫器烧结金属进行了分析研究。为了提高通气锥和吹扫器的透气性能和耐压强度、延长运行周期,采用了粉网复合技术。通过这种高强度丝网的结构层与其精度控制的功能层复合设计,可以有效提高粉体输送系统中通气锥和吹扫器等烧结元件的抗破坏能力和整体强度,同时,不会对元件的透气性能产生影响,解决了通气锥、吹扫器元件在高压冲击下出现破损,减少了系统停车,保证了系统的稳定运行。
【Abstract】 In the Shell Coal Gasification Process(SCGP), porous stainless steel cone is used as a gas-distributor to make pulverized coal entering fluidization which can insure the continuous transportation of coal powder and improve the combustion efficiency. Based on the design experience, the sintered metal of porous cone and purging device was analyzed and researched. In the research, the powder-net complex technology was chosen to imporve the permeability and compressive strength of porous cone and purging device. Such powder-net technology could provide high-strength powder-net structure layer and function layer with accurate control, thus it could improve the survivability and whole strength of sintered elements in the porous cone and purging device efficiently during the powder transportation. Meanwhile, such technology would not affect the permeability of the related elements. Therefore, the powder-net complex technology solved the problem of element demage of porous cone and purging device under high pressure impulse and reduced the system shutdown to ensure the stable operation of production.
