商洛市体育考生现状的调查分析

【摘要】 体育是一种有目的,有意识的社会活动,这种活动是随着人类社会的产生和发展而慢慢的出现和演进的。近几年来,随着素质教育的发展,使得高考体育专业的报考人数在不断的增加,由于这种现象的出现,对在教学训练时的体育教师带来了更加繁重的工作量。在这种情况下,很有可能使得体育教练员,在平时指导体育生训练时,精力不充足,因此,导致在技术动作上、体育高考内容的规则要求上,给体育考生带来一些不可避免的错误动作。但是,近几年来,随着陕西省体育高考人数的逐年增加,各高校所招录的体育生源质量并没有得到相应的提高,反而在身体素质、文化课成绩等方面均出现了不同程度的下滑。本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑推理等方法进行研究。对商洛市十五所中学的体育考生的性别、训练动机、训练时间、体育教练员的一些基本情况、学校的场地器材等方面做出了详细的调查得出：1.体育考生的训练时间不足,导致很难完成教师安排的训练内容,不能达到定的训练强度。2.体育考生中男生比较多,女生却较少,比例占到4：1；这符合我省体育高考录取的现状。3.认为文化课和体育训练之间的关系是互相矛盾的体育考生远远多于认为两者是相互促进的体育考生。4.体育教师学历结构不合理,学历是本科的体育教师人不多；研究生学历的人很少,而专科的人却很多,学历严重的偏低。年轻体育教师较多,在训练中经验欠缺。5.发现学校受教育经费的制约对体育的经费投入较少,导致体育器材、场地设施欠缺。结合商洛市实际的情况,也制定出了一些与之相关的策略：首先,在体育考生训练和文化课的学习上,改善学习环境,加强文化课的基础学习,来提高体育考生的文化课成绩和体育训练的技术水平。其次,加强师资力量的引进,对体育教师进行技能上的培训,鼓励教师进修深造。最后,学校领导在重视体育考生的情况下,合理利用国家的拨款,对体育器材设备的更新,同时,体育考生在训练时营养上要注重食物的搭配。
【Abstract】 Sport, as a kind of activity, has its own objective and consciousness. Its emergence and evolution are along with the emergence and development of the human society gradually. In recent years, the development of the Quality Education makes more and more students choose sport as their major in the college entrance examination which brings about heavier workload to the teachers who work and teach in the university. In this case, the sports coaches are bored at sports training guidance at ordinary times because of not having enough energy. They do not teach students technical actions seriously and the rules on request of the content of sports college entrance examination are not taught clearly. But. in recent years, with the number of sports college entrance examination province of shanxi province increased year by year, the universities and colleges ZhaoLu sports the students’ quality and got corresponding improvement, instead of literacy class scores in physical quality. etc all appear different degrees of falling.This article makes researches through the literature data method, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, logic inference method study.15middle schools In ShangLuo were talk for researching. The sports of gender, examinee training motivation, training time, dietary nutrition, sports coaches of the basic situation, and the school grounds and equipment were made a detailed survey and the results are the followings:1. Sports examinee’s training time is insufficient, makes it hard to finish the training content for teachers, can’t reach a certain strength training.2. Sports examinee more boys in, the girl but less, to4:1ratio; This conforms to the present situation of the university entrance exam in sports admitted.3. Is that the conflicting sports examinee far more than they are to promote each other sports examinee.4. In the survey, record of formal schooling is undergraduate course of PE teachers’ not graduate student, the talented person very few, and the specialized subject but many, degree of serious low. Young sports teacher is more, lack of experience in training.5. Through the understanding, and found that the school’s leadership to the sports funds investment is less, lead to sports equipment, the lack of facilities.Based on the union in ShangLuo real case, this study presents some related strategies:first of all, for the aspect of sports training and literacy class, schools should improve the learning environment to strengthen the learning of literacy class and to improve the performance of literacy class examinee sports and sports training level of technology. Second, schools should recruit more experienced and good teachers and train teachers’ skills and encourage the teachers to study further. Finally, the school leaders should use national funding to improve and update sports equipment. They also need to improve students’ nutrition.
