基于Pro/E和VERICUT的虚拟数车床建模与仿真应用

【摘要】 虚拟机床是指机床在虚拟环境中的映射。虚拟机床技术集制造技术、机床数字控制技术、CAD建模技术与仿真技术于一体。应用虚拟数控机床技术可以仿真数控加工过程,验证数控程序的正确性,评估加工工艺的合理性,减少加工试切的成本,缩短产品的生产周期,提早发现加工过程中的干涉情况。随着机械制造业的快速发展,社会急需大量的数控技术应用型人才。但是受众多职业学校学生多、机床数量少的条件限制,学生上机操作时间显著不足。且学生初次操作数控机床易发生机床碰撞,损坏设备等情况。因此,本文围绕虚拟数控车床选题,利用Pro/E和VERICUT软件实现虚拟数控车床的构建和加工仿真。从而解决数控设备紧张问题,节省实训成本。本论文主要完成以下几方面的内容:(1)通过查阅大量文献资料,系统研究虚拟数控机床的关键技术。(2)深入研究VERICUT系统各功能模块的和Pro/E软件的应用技术。建立虚拟数控车床的功能模型。(3)以现有的CAK6140型数控车床为原型,利用VERICUT软件和Pro/E软件构建虚拟数控车床仿真系统。完成了机床各项功能的设置和测试运行工作。(4)以典型工件加工为例,利用ProNC建立实际零件的加工模型,完成NC代码的制作。利用虚拟数控车床仿真系统对零件的加工过程进行仿真,对加工后的零件进行了质量分析。并进行了教学方面的研究和应用。通过以上的研究,证明了利用VERICUT软件与Pro/E软件所建立虚拟数控车床仿真系统切实可行。并有力的解决了教学用数控设备少,加工条件差的难题,对提高学生的数控技术水平起到了不可替代的作用。

【Abstract】 The virtual machine is a machine tool in the virtual environment mapping. Technology ofvirtual machine tool manufacturing technology, numerical control technology, CAD modelingand simulation technology. Application of virtual machine technology can simulate themachining process, NC program correctness, rationality assessment process, reduce theprocessing test cut cost, shorten production cycle, early detection of interference in theprocess of.With the machinery manufacturing industry’s rapid development, the society needs alarge number of numerical control technology application talents. But numerous occupationschool students, machine number constraints, students operating time was significantly less.And the students first operating CNC machine tool machine tool collision occurs, damagedequipment etc.. Therefore, based on Virtual NC lathe topics, using Pro/E and VERICUTsoftware to realize the virtual NC lathe machining simulation of construction and. In order tosolve the problems of numerical control equipment tension, saving training costs. This papermainly completed the following several aspects:(1) Through the consult massive literature material, system research of virtual NCmachine tool technology.(2) The further study of VERICUT system function module and the application of Pro/Esoftware technology. The establishment of virtual NC lathe function model.(3) To the existing CAK6140CNC lathe as a prototype, using VERICUT software andPro/E software to construct virtual CNC Lathe Simulation system. Machine completed thefunctions of setting and test operation.(4) Typical parts processing as an example, using ProNC to establish the actualmachining model NC, completed the production code. The use of virtual NC LatheSimulation System for machining process simulation, the processing of spare parts for thequality analysis. And the teaching research and application.Through the above research, demonstrate the use of VERICUT software and Pro/E software based virtual NC Lathe Simulation System is feasible. And a strong resolve TeachingCNC equipment, machining conditions poor problem, to improve the students’ level of NCtechnology has played an irreplaceable role.
