【摘要】 近年来,外资银行在我国银行业市场中所占的份额逐年增大、营业机构数量逐年增多、利润率逐年上升,对我国银行业的影响已经不容忽视。因此,研究外资银行对我国银行业的影响,确定我国银行业正确发展策略显得尤为迫切。本文在借鉴国内外研究成果的基础上,根据外资银行在我国的发展现状,运用PanalData模型分析外资银行对我国银行业造成的影响。最后得出：我国银行业需要不断完善自身外部环境,加强中资与外资银行之间的战略合作,强化对外资银行的监督管理,从而不断完善我国金融市场,提高中资银行的竞争力,应对外资银行的挑战。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,the number of foriegn banks in China have increasing year by year,their marketshare,the number of business organization and profit margins have incresed year after year.The influnce of foreign banks enteres is growing.Therefore,we should study the influnce and find the correct strategy which is suitiable for chinese banking market.This article base on the reasearch achivements of domestic and foreign experts.Outlines the present development situation of forieign bank in china,and analy the impact foreign banks in China with Panaldate model. Finally this article come up with following strategy Chinese banking industy need to perfect our country banking external environment, strengthen strategic cooperation with foreign banks, implement complete management strategy, strengthen regulation of foreign-invested banks, perfect our country’s financial market to encounter the challenge of foreign Banks.更多还原
