独立学院青年教师思想政治教育研究

【摘要】 独立学院作为民办高等教育的重要组成部分,属于公益性事业,为我国高等教育的发展作出了突出的贡献,独立学院发展的情况如何直接影响到高等教育发展的进程。独立学院由于发展的历史普遍不长,在师资力量上存在很多缺陷,特别缺乏有经验、高职称的高层次人才,主要是以近年来刚刚毕业的青年教师为主体,青年教师已经成为独立学院师资的主力军,是独立学院是否能持续健康发展的关键因素。青年教师的思想道德如何,不仅影响到整个学院的学风、教风,也影响到对独立学院学生身心健康的培养。独立学院大多数青年教师的主流是好的,积极向上的。但是由于用人机制等原因,独立学院的青年教师与公办高校教师相比又有自己的特点,具体体现在：缺乏归属感、自卑感强、挫折感强。独立学院青年教师以上特点决定了必须要加强青年教师思想政治教育。本论文主要是通过以下几种措施来实现青年教师思想政治教育水平的提高。从大的环境考虑,要营造一个和谐、有活力的校园环境；独立学院领导要认识到思想政治工作的重要性,政策上要给予支持,要为青年教师的发展提供物质保障和好的发展平台；同时要丰富思想政治教育的内容,创新思想政治教育的方式；要建立一支高效、精于的政工干部队伍,提高思想政治教育工作的水平。只有确实做到以上几个方面,才能真正的提高独立学院青年教师思想政治教育的时效性,才能有效的引导广大青年教师树立起正确的人生观和价值观。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Independent Institute as an important part of the private higher education, belong to the public welfare, the development of higher education in China has made outstanding contributions to the development of Independent Colleges is a direct impact on the development of higher education process. Independent School of the history of the development is generally not long, the teachers there are many defects, especially the lack of experienced, high-level personnel of the high titles, mainly have just recently graduated young teachers, young teachers has become an independent Faculty the main force, the independent Institute is a key factor in the sustained and healthy development. Young teachers of the ideological and moral, not only affects the style of study to the entire college, teaching, also affected the cultivation of independent college students physical and mental health. Independent Colleges of most young teachers are good, positive. However, due to employment mechanism, the young teachers of Independent Colleges and public university teachers has its own character, embodied in:the lack of a sense of belonging and a strong sense of inferiority and frustration. Ideologically political consciousness, lack of social responsibility and professionalism, the lack of the spirit of painstaking research, the lack of awareness of entrepreneurial spirit. Independent young teacher of the above characteristics determine the need to strengthen the young teachers’ideological and political education.This thesis is mainly achieved through the following measures to raise the level of ideological and political education of young teachers. From the environmental considerations, it is necessary to create a harmonious, dynamic campus environment; independent school leaders to recognize that the ideological and political work, to support policy, to provide material security and a good development platform for the development of young teachers; to enrich the content of the ideological and political education, innovation and the ideological and political education; to establish an efficient, capable of political Cadres, increase the level of ideological and political education. Really only do in order to truly improve the timeliness of the ideological and political education of independent young teacher, in order to effectively guide the majority of young teachers to establish a correct outlook on life and values.更多还原
