【摘要】 20世纪以来，对于唐传奇的研究逐渐繁荣，许多研究者不仅对传奇文本进行了严密的考证，而且还对作品本身的思想内涵与艺术形式以及历史分期做了深入分析，可谓成果斐然。但是，对于唐传奇作者的综合研究却为数不多，因而，本文选取这一角度，以唐传奇作者为研究对象，通过考查资料，并整合前人的研究成果，在此基础上，对唐传奇作者的身份、修养、创作动机作一个较为全面的梳理与论述。本文主要分为三个部分。第一部分分析论述唐传奇作者的身份。唐代科举制度对于传奇创作产生了深远影响，“温卷”“行卷”之风盛行，众多文人士子为考取功名而进行传奇写作，从而造就了唐传奇作者的进士群体；在唐代重史的文化氛围下，文人将修国史作为自己的人生目标，并且为之努力、奋斗，这样一来，相当一部分传奇作者做过当时的史官或者曾经有过撰史经历；同时，传奇不仅可以与唐诗相提并论，传奇的作者中也有很多人兼有诗人身份。无疑，唐传奇作者的身份具有多重性。第二部分论述唐传奇作者的修养。因为唐代重史，并且文人对于修国史乐此不疲，所以他们便在潜移默化中形成了极高的史学修养；而“文备众体”的文体特点也决定了唐传奇作者深厚的文学底蕴。第三部分分析作者的创作动机，主要从六个方面进行论述。本文通过图表分析法、考证法、比较法等多种研究方法，对唐传奇作者进行综合研究。通过研究得出以下结论：第一，唐传奇作者的身份具有多重性，或为进士，或为史官，或为诗人，有的甚至同时具备两种或者三种身份；第二，唐传奇作者的修养极高，无论是在史学方面还是在文学方面，他们所体现出来的造诣并非一般人所能企及，这与唐朝的整个文化氛围、他们从小习读的经典以及心中的理想与追求是密不可分的；第三，作者们的创作动机多种多样，或因“作意好奇”，或因政治目的，或只想展示文才，或为宣扬佛道，又或是抒发心中的不满，当然也会赞扬世间的美德。人的心理是非常复杂的，所以他们的动机也并非单一的，一篇传奇作品中可能掺杂着多个动机。本论文的创新之处表现在：第一，在选题上，选择以唐传奇作者为切入点进行综合研究，比较全面、系统的论述唐传奇作者的相关问题。第二，在研究方法上力求创新，用多个表格对众多唐传奇作者进行知人论世的研究。第三，在研究内容上，研究的对象不单单局限于某一个唐传奇作者，也不限于唐传奇作者的某一个方面，而是将众多唐传奇作者的多个方面综合起来加以研究，其中也不乏一一列举各位传奇作者的相关资料。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the20th Century，the research of Tang prose romances had graduallyprosperity and gained impressive results. Many researchers not only gave a closeverification to legend’s text, but also mad a thorough analysis of the thoughtconnotation, art system and historical stages. However, the comprehensive researchesof the author of Tang Romances are small in number.Thus,the paper selects this angle.Under the materials collection, take the author of Tang prose romances as researchobject, based on previous research fruits, the paper makes a comprehensive analysisand comments on the authorial identity, culture and creative motives of Tang proseromances. The paper is mainly divided into three parts. The first part mainly analysesthe authorial identity of Tang prose romances. Tang Dynasty Imperial Examinationhad the profound influence to the creation of Tang prose romances. The prevail of“WenJuan”and”XingJuan”made many literates created the Tang prose romances inorder to get an official rank. Then a Chin-Shih Group of the author of Tang proseromances formed. The dense historical atmosphere in Tang makes literati takecompiling imperial history as their life good fortune and struggle for it.So,aconsiderable part of authors were the historian or had the experience of historicalnarrative; At the same time, compared with the prose, the Tang Poems should not beequated.However,many authors of prose also have a dual identity of poet,therefore,thethe authors of Tang prose romances have multiple identities. The second partdiscussed the cultivation of Tang prose romances. The dense historical atmosphere inTang makes literati take compiling imperial history as their life good fortune.simultaneously because Tang prose romances are synthesis of various styles whichgenerally includes poems, prose, and descriptive prose and so on, thus it alsopromotes to some extent them to have high literature training. Chapter three is thewriting motive of the authors and will illustrate in six respective parts.The paper make a comprehensive research of the author of Tang prose romanceswith diagram analysis method, explorative method, comparison method and so on.The conclusions as follows:First,the author of Tang prose romances have multiplecharacteristic, or for scholars,or for historians, or for poets and someone has two orthree identities;Second,whether in the aspect of history or literature, nobody canachieve their greatest achievements which have an inseparable relationship with the whole cultural atmosphere in Tang Dynasty, the classics they read when child andtheir ideal and pursuit;Third,the author’s motive of creation were diversity, for purerecreational purposes, for some purposes of mutual backbiting, express their literarytalent, promote Buddhist to punish the world and express the unfair appeal of hearts.Certainly, they also praise the world of virtue. The person’s psychology is verycomplex, so their motivation is not a single, a prose works may be mixed with moremotivation.The significance of creation as follows: First, in the topic selection, this thesismakes a comprehensive and systematic analysis of relevant issues about Tang proseromances. Second, in the research method, it endeavors innovation and applies thetheories and methods of other areas. Third, in the research contents, the researchobjects are not only limited in a certain author of Tang Romances and not limited in acertain part of the author, but it makes a comprehensive and overall research.
