某无线广播发射台质量保证系统的分析与设计

【摘要】 近年来,随着计算机技术、网络通信技术、软件技术的发展,当今广播电视技术发展日新月异,已经步入数字化、网络化、信息化的时代,形成了天上有卫星,地下有发射台的全新格局。在这种形势下,为了达到无线电台管理局“不间断、高质量、讲效益、重安全”的维护总纲,使发射机播出达到“满时间、满功率、满调幅”的要求,实现“无人值班,有人留守”的新型值班模式,发射台质量保证系统的设计和研发势在必行。本文首先通过对当前监测手段的分析,针对无线电台管理局各发射台站的实际需求,提出了发射台质量保证系统的设计思路。经过研究和分析,发射台质量保证系统的软件架构采用C/S和B/S混合架构,其中监测控制终端设备采用C/S架构、异地监测查询软件采用B/S架构。本系统主要实现对各种发射机数据指标的采集、数据的传输与存储以及对数据的监控与分析。实现了对发射机监测的图形化和不间断监测的总体目标。本文对发射台质量保证系统的需求进行了详细分析,包括功能需求和非功能需求。对系统进行了总体设计,包括系统设计目标、设计原则、系统总体架构、物理架构等等。在此基础上,本文对系统功能进行了划分,展开论述系统各个子系统应该具备的功能和实现后的效果。最后,本文对系统进行了测试并对测试结果作了分析与总结。本系统从投入应用至今,能够实时正确的反映发射机的运行状态,软件界面简洁直观,系统操作简单等符合发射机房的需要,为无线电台管理局的决策层和维护层都提供了有力的数据依据。

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the development of computer technology network communication technology and software technology, radio and television technologies have changed rapidly, and has entered the digital and network information age, which have formed a new pattern network with satellites in the sky and radio transmitter stations on the land. Under this background, in order to achieve "uninterrupted, high quality, efficiency and safety" which is Administration Bureau of Radio Station general maintenance policy, make the broadcast transmitter achieve "full time, full power, full realization of the amplitude", achieve the new work pattern of "no man is on duty, someone is left," the design and development of station quality assurance system is obviously inevitably.In this paper, the writer first analzed current monitoring methoss, and then presented thee overall scheme of designing Station quality assuring system on the basis of ABRS transmitting station’s real demand. By researchhang and analzing, software architecture of the Station quality assuring system was designed with C/S and B/S hybrid architecture, Which monitor and control the terminal device using the C/S structure, off-site monitoring of the query software B/S architecture. Theis system achieved collecting of the indicators on a variety of transmitter data acquisition, data transmission and storage, and data monitoring and analysis, and achieved the overall goal of the graphical transmitter monitoring and uninterrupted monitoring.This paper detailed analyzed the demand of station quality assurance system, including functional requirements and nonfunctional requirements. In this paper, the writer made a overall design of the system, which include system design objectives, design principles, the overall system architecture, physical architecture, and so on. On this basis, this paper divided the system functions and unfold discussed each subsystem should realized what kind of functions and effects.Finally, this paper provided test result of the system, analyzed and summarized the test results. Since this system has been applied, it can reflect the operating status of the transmitter input in real time. The software interface is simple and easy to operate. All these characteristics satisfied the need of the transmitter room, providing a strong databases for both decision-maker and Maintenance personnel of the ABRS.
