新一代天气雷达系统技术升级方案研究

【摘要】 本世纪以来国内新一代天气雷达建设进入快车道,黑龙江省已经完成了9部新一代天气雷达的建设。这些雷达的建设对该省气象灾害防御起到了预报预警的作用,取得了良好的社会经济效益。同时,雷达技术保障工作的重要性也日益凸显。某市新一代天气雷达作为该省第一部CINRAD/CC雷达,投入业务运行已经10年以来,雷达系统设备老化、故障频发,特别是通讯传输系统的故障,对业务工作的开展造成严重影响。因此我们需要对该雷达系统进行技术升级。本文对我国新一代天气雷达(CINRAD)建设情况的进行引入介绍;结合该省气象雷达技术保障工作的现状,对需要技术升级的信号处理、监控、通信、终端等分系统进行了详细介绍;在此基础上提出了该省某市新一代天气雷达(CINRAD/CC雷达)系统技术升级方案,并对升级完成后的雷达系统从业务工作和技术保障两方面进行了分析总结;最后对今后该省新一代天气雷达及其他型号天气雷达的系统升级模式进行了探讨。
【Abstract】 Since2005, the construction of CINRAD has speeded up. The construction of9CINRAD has completed in Heilongjiang Province recently. The construction of CINRAD played a role in the prevention of meteorological disasters in the province, and achieved good social and economic benefits. At the same time, the importance of radar technical support has become increasingly prominent. The CINRAD/CC radar of the city has been operated for10years as the province’s first CINRAD radar. The equipment aging and frequent system malfunction of radar systems, especially the failure of the communications transmission system, have made a serious impact on the work carried out. Therefore, we needed technical upgrades to the radar system.This thesis introduced the construction of CINRAD. Combined with the technical support of the province’s weather radar, the need for technical upgrading of the signal processing subsystem, monitoring subsystem, communications subsystem, and terminal subsystem were discussed in detail. On the basis of this, the upgrade scheme of CINRAD/CC radar system of the city is proposed, and the upgraded radar system was analyzed and summarized through professional work and technical support. Finally, the mode of the upgrade system was discussed for the future CINRAD and other types of weather radar of the province.
