【摘要】 微博作为最近几年兴起的传播平台,以其方便、简单、快捷的特点以及创新的传播模式,不仅改变了传统的传播模式,而且在突发事件中表现出强大的舆论监督功能,向世人展示了其在舆论监督方面巨大潜力。在“围观也是力量”的今天,微博的出现,为“围观改变中国”增加了更有分量的砝码。本研究以微博舆论监督为主题,通过对当前我国舆论监督的梳理和微博自身特点与功能的归纳总结,得出结论：传统媒介舆论监督的缺位是微博舆论监督发展的客观需要,而微博自身的传播特性则是微博在舆论监督领域发挥重要作用的主观条件。通过对典型事例的分析,本研究得出微博舆论监督具有拓宽舆论表达渠道,担当监测社会动态的“晴雨表”,汇聚多媒体优势、强化传统舆论监督,担当情绪宣泄通道、促进社会协调整合,启蒙公民意识、助推公民社会发展四方面功能。同时本文通过对微博传播过程中出现的一些现象进行总结,笔者认为微博舆论监督存在以下三方面问题：虚假信息泛滥削弱舆论监督的公信力,微博泛娱乐化稀释了舆论监督的严肃性,集群行为容易造成“微博审判”,并从加强微博监管,倡导“微博议政”制度化,加快与传统媒体的深度融合,提高媒介素养等方面提出完善对策,以求维护微博能更好的发挥舆论监督作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Microblogging as a platform for the dissemination of the rise of recent years, with its convenient, simple, efficient features and innovative mode of transmission has not only changed the traditional mode of transmission, the performance of a powerful public opinion in emergencies, to the world demonstrated its enormous potential in public opinion. In today’s crowd is a power "microblogging" crowd to change China,"the more weight the weight.In this study, the microblogging supervision by public opinion, through the induction of the combing of the current public opinion in China and microblogging features and functions of summary concluded that:the absence of traditional media public opinion supervision by public opinion the objective needs of the microblogging the propagation characteristics of microblogging is a microblogging subjective conditions play an important role in public opinion field. Through the analysis of typical examples, the studies the microblogging supervision by public opinion to broaden the channels for expressing their opinion, to play a "barometer" of the monitoring of social dynamics, the convergence of multimedia advantage, strengthening traditional supervision by public opinion, to act as a catharsis channel, the promotion of social coordination and integration, Enlightenment civic awareness, boost the development of civil society four functional areas.
