迷你型高锌营养水稻“粒粒滋”配套栽培技术与产业开发研究

【摘要】 营养水稻“粒粒滋”是浙江大学利用现代生物技术选育的迷你型高锌含量水稻良种。“粒粒滋”营养米中的锌源于水稻品种自身高效吸收转化土壤中的锌,并分布于胚乳和精米之中,属天然高锌营养米,完全不同于人工营养添加或农艺措施的高锌米。“粒粒滋”营养米的锌含量稳定在30mg/kg,显著高于普通水稻精米中的锌含量(平均为12-15mg/kg),这对采取日常膳食策略改善或预防锌缺乏引起的疾病具有重要意义。本文以迷你型高锌含量“粒粒滋”为材料,为该水稻品种的品质和高产稳定性提供基础,进行了配套栽培技术和产业开发的研究,从而提高高锌营养米的经济效益,有利于发展订单生产。农艺措施与锌含量的研究表明,“粒粒滋”中锌含量与产量具有正相关性。作晚稻直播栽培,播期为7月25日、播种量为每667m24.5kg时锌含量高达39.5mg/kg,并且在不同农艺措施下,锌含量均稳定在30mg/kg以上。配套栽培技术的研究表明,“粒粒滋”水稻属温度敏感型粳稻,全生育期短,可以作早晚稻双季种植。产业开发表明,营养水稻的订单生产显著提高了农田产出。过去2年共订单生产面积1106亩,为农户增收21.74万元,亩增收200元。

【Abstract】 Nutrient rice’Lilizi’is elite rice cultivar with high zinc content and mini-shaped grain bred by Zhejiang University.’Lilizi’is of naturally high zinc nutrient rice, and the zinc is dirtibuted in the fraction of endosperm and milled rice, which was originated from zinc in the soil efficiently absorbed and transported by rice cultivar itself, fully different from other type high zinc rice through artficial nutrient additives and agronomic measures. The zinc content in nutrient rice’Lilizi’is stably higher than30mg/Kg, signigicantly higher than that in common rice with the average zinc content12-15mg/Kg, which is key important to alleviate or prevent serial diseases caused by zinc deficiency through daily dietary strategy.In the current paper, supporting cultivation techniques and industrialization exploitation of nutritional rice’Lilizi’with high zinc content and mini-shaped grain were studied, in order to provide the basic for obtaining the stability of good grain quality and high yielding, which will increase the economic benefit of high zinc nutritional rice and be helpful for the development of order-production.Studies on the relationship between zinc contents and agronomic measures indicated that the zinc contents in rice’lilizi’were closely correlated with grain yields. The zinc content was high to39.5mg/kg when rice cultivar’Lilizi’was directly sowed as the late rice, the optimal sowing date was July25, seed sowing quanility was4.5Kg per667hm2. Moreever, the zinc contents were all stably higher than30mg/kg under different agronomic measures.Studies on supporting cultivation techniques indicated that rice cultivar’Lilizi’is of temperature-sensitive japonica rice with the shorter whole growth duration and suitable for planting as the early and late two-season rice.Indutralization exploration indicated that the oder-production of nutrient rice was proved to improve the output of farmland significantly. Totally,1106667hm2oder-production of Lilizi was developed in the past two years, which increased farmer’s income217.4thousand Yuan and increased rice-planting economy efficiency200Yuan per667hm2.
