基于立体停车的蜂窝梁式钢框架受力性能分析

【摘要】 立体车库能够很好地解决我国城市交通拥堵和停车难等问题,其中垂直升降式是目前应用较为广泛的一种立体车库形式。垂直升降式立体车库基本单元横向框架的柱距要明显地大于纵向框架的柱距,从而导致横向框架的刚度相对较弱,在水平荷载作用下的侧移较大,为了增大横向框架的刚度,同时满足立体车库的使用功能要求,即汽车和载车板在存车间与提升井之间需要横移的要求,因此,本文所研究的立体车库在横向采用蜂窝梁式钢框架。我国的立体车库绝大多数都位于抗震设防区,特别是在处于高烈度区的立体车库结构设计中,地震作用下的受力性能研究显得尤为重要。如何对蜂窝梁式钢框架立体车库进行合理的参数取值,使其具有良好的耗能性能和延性性能,这也是本文研究的重要内容。本文首先运用ANSYS软件建立基于立体停车的单跨十五层蜂窝梁式钢框架结构的有限元模型,并将蜂窝梁式钢框架与纯框架和中心支撑框架的静力性能进行对比分析,研究结果表明:蜂窝梁式钢框架具有良好的静力性能。同时考虑到基于立体停车的蜂窝梁式钢框架结构的高度一般较大,在抗侧移刚度上应满足-定的要求,故对蜂窝梁式钢框架结构的抗侧移刚度进行了影响因素分析,为合理的参数选取提供了依据。由于受蜂窝梁的影响,结构的应力分布变得比较复杂,因此对应力分布进行参数分析,从中寻找合理的参数使得结构具有良好的静力性能,从而为这种新型框架结构广泛应用于立体车库提供参考依据。为了对结构的滞回性能有一个初步的定性分析,在十五层结构中选取底部两层进行滞回分析,通过对蜂窝梁式钢框架与纯框架和中心支撑框架的滞回性能进行比较,得出蜂窝梁式钢框架具有良好的耗能能力与延性性能,进一步说明该结构的受力性能具有明显的优越性。最后,本文从研究基于立体停车的蜂窝梁式钢框架的滞回性能出发,针对蜂窝梁扩张比、开孔直径、开孔数与梁端净距变化,对结构的滞回性能进行了参数分析,同时根据计算结果给出了结构设计时参数取值的相关建议。本文分析了蜂窝梁式钢框架立体车库在单调荷载与循环荷载作用下的受力性能,对于撰写相关的规范和指导实际工程设计都具有很重要的参考价值。

【Abstract】 Stereo garage is a good solution to the problem of China’s urban traffic congestion and hard parking.and the vertical lifting mechanical parking is applied widely as a general form of stereo garage.The spacing of the column of the transverse frame in the vertical lifting mechanical parking is obviously larger than that of the longitudinal frame, resulting in relatively weak stiffness of the transverse frame and a larger lateral displacement under a lateral load. In order to increase the lateral stiffness of the transverse frame,while meeting the functional requirements of stereo garage, that is the kept traverse of the car and the car carrying board between the workshop and the hoisting shaft,the stereo garage is studied in this thesis using the cellular beam steel frame in the lateral direction.Most of stereo garages in China are located in the fortified zone against seismic activity,especially for the structure design of stereo garage in high earthquake intensity regions,the research on mechanical behavior under earthquake action is particularly important.How to choose reasonable parameter values of the stereo garage of the cellular beam steel frame and making it have good dissipation capacity and ductility is the important content of this thesis.Firstly, the finite element model of parking of cellular beam steel frame with fifteen elevators is established by the ANSYS software,and the calculation results of cellular beam steel frame and pure frame and concentrically braced frame under the same condition are comparative analysed,and the research results show that:the static behavior of the cellular beam steel frame is good.Taking it into account that the height of the cellular beam steel frame based on stereo garage is generally larger,and it should satisfy certain requirements in the lateral stiffness,the effect that have impact on the lateral stiffness is analyzed to providing the basis for reasonable parameter selection. Due to the impact of cellular beams, structural stress distribution becomes more complex, so the parameters of stress distribution are studied and reasonable parameters makes the structure has good static performance, thereby it can provide a reference for the wide application of this new frame structure.For the hysteretic behavior of the structure having an initial qualitative analysis, the bottom of two in the fifteen story are selected to perform hysteresis analysis. Through hysteretic performance comparison of the cellular beam steel frame with the pure frame and the concentrically braced frame,the dissipation capacity and ductility are good,and it indicates that the mechanical behavior of cellular beam steel frame has outstanding advantages. Finally.from the study of the hysteresis behavior of the cellular beam steel frame based on stereo garage,the hysteresis behavior of the structure is analyzed on the change of expansion ratio, opening diameter, opening amount and clear distance of beam-ends.At the same time,according to the result of structural analysis,the values of the relevant recommendations are given.The mechanical behavior of stereo garage of cellular beam steel frame under monotonic load and cyclic load is analyzed in this thesis, which has important reference value for writing the related code and guide of the practical engineering design.
