【摘要】 现今中国正处于一场涉及经济、政治、社会等领域的综合性转型，社会领域各种要素在发生不断的分解和整合，治理已经成为回应当今时代的重要理论话语。随着政治、经济和社会各方面的推进和深化，社区作为最基本的基层单元和微观领域，其治理需求日益强烈。在针对社区治理具体问题的微观研究方面，学界越来越多地采取个案研究方法，成为社区研究的一个重要研究趋向。在此，通过对怡园社区进行实例研究，深刻揭示我国社区治理所表现出来的各种共性和个性问题，对于推进我国社区的理论研究和实践发展具有重要意义。在理论解读部分，首先对作为基础理论的治理理论进行理论阐释，并综合不同的理论视角来深化对社区治理的研究。其次，在深刻理解社区内涵的基础上，对中国式社区概念进行了详细阐释。再次，对国内外社区治理模式进行梳理。国外社区治理模式主要由以下三种：以美国为代表的社区自治型模式；以新加坡为代表的政府主导型模式；以日本为代表的混合型模式。国内主要分析了上海模式、沈阳模式和武汉模式。通过认真梳理国内外社区治理模式的特点及其差异，指出社区治理的共同趋势，为进一步深化社区治理研究奠定了基础。长沙怡园社区治理格局已基本形成，但还面临诸多现实困境，它们分别是治理主体多极化要求与单极化现状、社区治理自治化的要求与行政化的现实、社区治理的资源需求与目前现况的无法满足。造成现实困境的原因是多方面的，主要是以下四个方面：社会转型中的政府角色错位、社区治理的法律保障不到位、怡园社区自组织整合能力欠缺、怡园社区社会资本存量不足。针对怡园社区治理困境，改善其社区治理的对策，主要是在宏观层面进行顶层设计、在中观层面理顺社区治理的内部结构、在微观层面夯实社区治理的坚实基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays China has been experiencing economic, political, social transition,various elements in all social fields tend to decompose and integrate, so governacehas become the important theoretical discourse in response to modern times. Withpolitics, economy and society promoting and deepening, the community as the mostbasic grass-roots unit, it is increasingly urgent to govern the community. In terms ofcommunity governance and the microcosmic research, scholars have increasinglytaken a case study approach, which becomes an important rend for communityresearch. Here, taking the Yiyuan Community case study for example, reveals generaland specific characteristics in the community governance of China has shown variousgeneral and specific questions, which has important significance for advancing ourcountry community theory and practice.As for theory, firstly, explain the basic theory of governance, and deepen thecommunity governance integrated the different theories. Secondly, based on theprofound understanding of community, based on the connotation of the Chinesecommunity, interpret the concept of details. Once again, make clear the mode ofdomestic and foreign community governance: community autonomous mode on behalfof United States; government dominant mode in Singapore; mixed model for Japan,while in domestic representative ones such as Shanghai pattern, Shenyang pattern andWuhan mode. By analysing the similarities and differences between domestic andforeign community governance model, point out the common trend of the communitygovernance community governance, further deepen the governace study.Changsha Yiyuan community management pattern has formed basic structure,but still faces a lot of difficulties like the requirement of muti-participants and themonopolar participants situation, community governance autonomous requirementsand administration reality, community governance resource requirements and thephenomenon of resource lack. There are many factors leading such dilemmas,following four aspects: the social transformation of government role, absence of legalprotection in the community governance, Yiyuan community self-organizingintegration ability and community social capital deficiency. According to the GraceCommunity Governance problems, several main countermeasures should be taken:top-level design at the macro level, in the medium level, strengthening internalstructure of community governance, laying solid foundation at the microscopic level更多还原
