CRH380A高速动车组变压器冷却风机的设计和关键技术问题研究

【摘要】 近几年,高速动车组上冷却风机大多采用进口件,虽然进口风机在性能方面可以满足冷却要求,但存在风机成本相对较高、备品备件采购周期长、维修不方便、售后服务跟不上等问题,自主研发CRH380A高速动车组变压器冷却风机并使其国产化势在必行。为解决该类风机要求的振动小、噪音低、结构紧凑、重量轻、风机防护要求严格等关键问题,本文运用传统理论计算对风机进行选型、气动计算分析,同时采用ANSYS-CFX对建立的风机数值模型进行仿真模拟计算。文中重点阐述了风机总体结构设计和关键技术问题研究过程。此外还运用ANSYS软件对风机叶轮、风机风筒强度及风机模态进行了分析,最后通过风机型式试验对风机各项性能指标进行验证。研究结果表明,CHR380A高速动车组变压器冷却风机的设计与研究基本解决了目前该类风机存在的关键技术问题。该风机采用了双叶轮技术,叶轮均采用先进的机翼叶型,并对叶轮叶片、导叶进行了精心布置,以使风机静压在1100Pa时,流量达171m3/min,风机振动速度小于2.8mm/s、噪音低于94dB(A),风机防护效果好、维修方便,满足了动车组运行速度更快,动车组变压器的容量更大、散热要求更高的技术要求。

【Abstract】 In recent years, the parts of cooling fans for the high-speed emus was mostlyimported. The imported fans can meet the cooling requirements on the side ofperformance, but there are a serious of problems such as the relatively high cost、longpurchase cycle of spare parts、inconvenient maintenance and backward of after-saleservice and so on. Designing the cooling fans for transformer of CRH380A high-speedemu independently and localized them is imperative.In order to solve the key technology problems such as low vibration、low noise、compact struction and strict protection requirement. The traditional theoreticalcalculation is used for the fan selection and pneumatic calculation analysis, at thesame time ANSYS-CFX was used to simulate the established numerical model of thefan. This paper focuses on elaborating the overall structure design of the fan and theresearch process of the key technology problems. In addition, ANSYS was used toanalysis the strength of impeller&casing and the modality of the fan. Finally the typetesting was done to verified the performance indicators of the fan.The results show that the design and research of the cooling fan for transformerof CRH380A high-speed emus solved the key technology problems which existed onthus fans. The fan used the technology of twin-impeller and the advanced wing profile.The blades of impeller and stator blades were both layout carefully. Previoustechnology made the fan’s static pressure is1100Pa, the flow is171m3/min, thevibration value is less than2.8mm/s and the noise is lower than94dB(A). The fanalso had characteristic of high protection grade and convenient maintenance whichconformed to the technical requirements that the faster speed of the emus、the largecapacity of transformer and high elimination of heat.
